I had an overall positive experience working with this law firm. My case was not the simplest, and there were a few mix-ups and minor issues along the way, but whenever I brought something to their attention, the team was responsive and worked with me to get it corrected.
I really appreciated the amount of work that went into preparing my case, especially the legal strategy and supporting documentation. They were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced with complicated immigration matters. Even when the process became stressful, I felt like my case was being taken seriously.

After waiting two weeks for a consultation, I was met with nothing but outright hostility. If you didn't want to take my case, a simple and professional “Due to firm policy, we are unable to represent you” would have sufficed. Instead, I was yelled at and subjected to a completely unprofessional, overly emotional rant. It was an absolute waste of my time and energy.
Save yourselves the trouble of posting a fake, copy-paste “We are sorry to hear that” response under this review and actually fix your attitude.
