Reviewers frequently praise the installation crews for their punctuality, professionalism, and thorough cleanup of vinyl fences, gates, and wall toppers. While many customers find the quality of work justifies the high costs, recurring complaints involve expensive pricing, unresponsive office staff, and disputes regarding permits or warranty claims after installation.

Oscar and Oscar did an awesome job replacing my gate. They were polite . Listened to my concerns: questions . Placed the gate perfectly as expected. They cleaned up and took away the old gate. Very professional, thank you
The installers, Oscar and Javier did a very thorough job of removing our old gate and supporting structures (posts). Before they installed new posts and re-installed the existing gate, they took very careful measurements to ensure a perfect fit. When they were finishes they checked the gate for proper operation and the made sure that both parts of the latch mated perfectly. I am more than happy with the result!
We are very happy that you are satisfied with the results. Thank you so much for the business!
My experience with this organization is fantastic. The workers were very polite and hard working. If anytime in the future I would contact them first. I will do my best to get referrals.
Thank you, Patsy. It has been our pleasure working with you. Thank you for the continued business!
Called the office wanting an estimate. Dalen came the next day and gave us an estimate for our block wall topper. Received price while he was still here. Oscar and his grandfather came the next week right on time. Did the work quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone we have dealt with were knowledgeable and very nice. A little expensive but well worth the price. Would highly recommend.
Thank you, Cheri for the opportunity to assist you with your fencing needs. We greatly appreciate the work and kind words. Please let us know if we can assist you in the future. Your Southwest Vinyl Team!
I contacted multiple fencing/gate companies, and SW VINYL FENCE was the only one to actually get back to me and answer my questions. Everything went smoothly from the in person consultation to the installation. Everyone (Daylin, 3 Oscars & the cousin) professional and efficient. The fencing looks sturdy and beautiful! I was shocked, I thought it would take 2 days to do the job but from start to finish it was only about 7hrs! Amazing Definitely will be our Go -to fencing company & will highly recommend!

Everything was top notch throughout the entire process, from my first call to reception all the way through the completed installation. The installers - Oscar, Oscar, Oscar and Javier (yes 3 Oscar's!) - were prompt, professional, and courteous from the moment they arrived. They completed the job quickly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The fence and gate look fantastic, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Southwest Vinyl Fence to anyone looking for excellent service and craftsmanship.

June 2026: The last two lengths of vinyl wall-topper fencing was installed 6/22: 4-man crew, 3 generations of "Oscar's" and a 4th named Javier (curiously enough). The work involved removing old wooden fencing together with the heavy support structure that connected it to the brick wall, as well as mounting the new vinyl sections. Efficiently and professionally done, they also cleverly avoided damage to a precious fig tree that was very much in the way. So, all the Oscars, plus Javier, plus the delightful Dalen Cram (site visit and quote expert), earn my enthusiastic endorsement. Former review May 2024: I'm thrilled with my new vinyl fence-topper. Now I have wonderful privacy and a grand feeling of seclusion in my back yard. The 4-man team that did the installation was efficient, professional and pleasant. They even 'went the second mile' and installed an additional length of vinyl to close an awkward and unsightly angled gap between the vinyl and the adjacent brick wall.

Wonderful and easy company to work with. We are very happy with our fence extension and will be coordinating with our neighbors to continue the work on shared walls. The installation team was great and the extension looks good. 👍
