Dhenu (attorney) and Vlad (paralegal) secured a successful outcome for my H1B and RFE, and for that, I highly recommend their legal expertise. I am very grateful for this positive outcome. Dhenu’s knowledge is evident, Vlad puts in a lot of hard work, and the final legal response they assembled was solid. That said, the process of getting to that approval was quite stressful at times due to a lack of proactivity from the team. Everything was stretched to the final deadline, forcing me to constantly follow up and push them to submit early enough to ensure receipt. I also had to take on a lot of the drafting and document organization myself, including pressure-testing my own statements for weaknesses that the team initially overlooked for my RFE. They are a capable firm that will win your case, but if you hire them, be prepared to aggressively project-manage your own timelines and do a fair amount of the heavy lifting yourself.
