Fan very noisy and I requested a fan muffler. It was determined that the muffler was not going to do the job. Michael said he would make it right and he did. He exchanged the fan which helped tremendously. But he went above and beyond because the fan could have been fixed when I had it installed but I was told by the office at that time that there was nothing to be done. Not true. He called the office, without my knowledge and had the labor fee waived for me. My only expense was for the muffler. Real customer service. Thank you Michael!
