I want to share my experience with Justin and his firm, Sweeney Law. because having the right attorney made a tremendous difference in my immigration case. I was applying for adjustment of status through Form I-130. From the very beginning, Justin was honest, professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. During a time when immigration enforcement had become more aggressive and unpredictable, I found myself in a situation I never expected—I was detained during my immigration interview. Having an attorney who understood the legal process and knew how to properly handle my case gave me confidence during one of the most difficult times in my life. Most importantly, I was able to obtain lawful permanent resident status. Because of Justin’s dedication and legal expertise, I did not have to continue fighting my case outside of detention or face the possibility of waiting years to resolve my residency from outside the United States. That outcome meant everything to me and my family. While I was detained, Justin continued working tirelessly on my behalf.
