An accident is never a pleasant experience, the stress and the pain are bad enough, but then having to deal with legal issues on top of it, just adds to the nightmare. Not something you want to deal with alone. We are bombarded with ads for attorneys these days, but luckily for me I called Sweeney - Merrigan. I had a good experience with Sweeney Merrigan Law after my motorcycle accident. The whole personal injury process was new to me, so I had a lot of questions along the way. Maggie was very patient with me and took the time to explain what was happening with my case and what to expect next. I really appreciated that she didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions. Aurore was also very professional and responsive throughout the process. She helped keep everything moving and made sure I was updated along the way. Overall, I felt that the team was responsible and supportive. Dealing with an accident and an injury is already stressful, and having a legal team that communicates clearly and helps you understand the process makes a big difference.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Sweeney Merrigan Law. I sent the requested information regarding my legal matter and was told I would receive a follow-up call. Despite providing the information, I never received a call back or any meaningful follow-up. Even if the firm decided not to take my case, I believe a prospective client deserves the courtesy of a response. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend the firm based on the way my inquiry was handled.

I took a chance and entered a drawing for RedSox tickets with Sweeney and Merrigan Law. Assuming I’d be hit with email spam, I had nothing to lose. I received an email about a week later that I had won those tickets. While still skeptical, Jasmin assured me that this was the real deal. From the very first email, to the ticket transfer, to a care package for my wife and I from their office, to following up after the game. Not only was Jasmin professional, quick to respond and kind she paid attention to my interests. Something as small as me saying they had nice pens and her providing me with tons as well as a hand written note. It’s customer service like Jasmin’s that you don’t forget. Making someone feel heard.
