I called this company at the recommendation of my realtor to unclog the drain in my shower. The technician showed up with a plunger and was unsuccessful unclogging my drain. He told me for him to bring in the auger to unclog my drain. It was going to cost me $300+. I told him that’s a hard no! I looked up other plumbers on the Internet and saw that Morris Jenkins would unclog a drain for $77. I called to confirm the price and what equipment they would use and they confirmed that that price was for using an auger. They solved my problem and it only cost me $77 Swift Brothers charged me $139 for nothing. I do not recommend using this company.

Our technician provided an estimate for the equipment needed to clear your drain before proceeding, which was declined. After reviewing your original call, we also confirmed that you were quoted an $89 service fee rather than the $139 charged. We've submitted a request to refund the $50 difference and sincerely apologize for that discrepancy. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

This is a great company, honest and reliable people. He has good guys working for him. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up the area where they worked at couldn’t ask for better. They have done plumbing for me in the past and they will be doing plumbing for me in the future. A+ job thanks

I had an urgent plumbing issue on a Sunday. An internal waterline was gushing water. Contacted 3 places and no one could get to me for hours.
Swift Brothers was able to get to me in an under an hour. The technician Raul, was informative, efficient, professional, thorough and in good spirits under the circumstances. I will definitely use this service again.

I would like to take a moment to share my experience with this company. Scott and Kyle were sent to my property to perform plumbing work, and I was very impressed with both their professionalism and the quality of their work.
They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Most importantly, they understand and follow code requirements.
