Swim Chem is awesome and has been servicing my pool since it was built in 2001. Since I live in the country in Vacaville, I get my filters cleaned twice a year and Eric and all the associates at Swim Chem are super helpful in keeping my pool functioning at its optimal level. Thanks Swim Chem! 🦋🦋🦋
I had some gray algae in the bottom of my pool. I thought all algae was green. It's not. I have been using Swim Chem for about 15 years. They came out the next day and analyzed my pool water and resolved the issue. From Sacramento to Vacaville with no charge!! Pretty rare these days to get a house visit for no charge 🙃. Swim Chem is very easy to deal with and show up consistently on schedule 👌 👍. I recommend them to everyone.
Thank you, Raymand! We're glad we could help with the gray algae issue and appreciate your long-term trust in Swim Chem. Your recommendation means a lot to us!
Last week when my service technician Austin arrived, I let him know I saw a leak coming from my filter system. Within a few minutes he had my filter apart, Not only did he fix the leak he even took it a step further and cleaned my filter for me even though it wasn't due to be cleaned yet. Not to mention he is very personable, friendly and leaves my pool sparkling and clean every week. If you get Austin as your technician you are in good hands. Thank you Austin!!
Thank you for your kind words, A! We're glad to hear that Austin not only fixed the leak but also went the extra mile to clean your filter. It's great to know that his friendly approach and dedication make a difference. We appreciate Austin and we appreciate your feedback!
On my way home this swim chem guy drove up hella fast on me tailgating. Then I let him pass me because I didn't like him tail gating me. Then I watch him go 80 85+ with a truck full of pool chemicals. Also tail gating others aggressive pushing to get past others who are going slower then 80. He also swerved a couple times. Probably on his phone. All together seemed unprofessional with a truck bed full of pool chemicals which I can assume would be chlorine bleach toxic chemicals. Pool cleaning doesn't seem to be that important that this guy needs to be speeding to his next calls with a truck full of toxic chemicals. Also doesn't the DoT make you post signs when transporting toxic chemicals. Anyways not safe
I understand your concerns about the driving behavior you witnessed, Brian. Safety is incredibly important, especially when transporting any materials. The whole swim chem team did a wonderful job taking care of our pool! We’ve been customers for 20 years and they are wonderful!
Wow, can’t say enough good things about Frank and Swim Chem. On Saturday my pool turned green and I left a message with Swim Chem on Sunday. Monday morning at 7 AM I got a phone call that someone would be out at 8 AM. Frank showed up right at 8 o’clock and knew exactly what the problem was. Super friendly and knows his stuff! My pool is now looking much better. Thank you, Frank!
Swim Chem is a great company. With a fantastic team. Frank who cares for our does a great job.
Thank you.
We have used Swim Chem to service our pool for over 28 years, and their service has consistently been exemplary. As a local, family-owned business, they provide the kind of personal attention and commitment to their customers that is increasingly hard to find. Their team has gone above and beyond our expectations time and again. Whenever we have had a problem or concern, someone is promptly sent out to address it, and the issue is always handled professionally and seamlessly. Their responsiveness, reliability, and commitment to excellent customer service have given us tremendous peace of mind over the years. After more than 28 years as customers, we continue to be extremely pleased with the care and service Swim Chem provides. It is a pleasure to support a local family-owned business that takes such pride in its work and its customers. I cannot recommend Swim Chem highly enough!
Thank you, Carole for your more than 28 years of loyalty.
While doing his routine cleaning Frank noticed the pool cleaner was starting to degrade and recommended replacing. I ordered on Amazon and had it unboxed waiting for him the following week. After replacing, he guided me on which parts from the old model to keep as spare pieces which was awesome, thanks Frank!
Thank you for your 5-star review!
Frank has been servicing our pool for years, and he has always been fantastic. He takes care of anything that needs attention and is great about giving us a heads-up when something is getting older or may need to be replaced down the road. We also always enjoy our conversations about family, school, and sports! Swim Chem is lucky to have Frank on their team. We highly recommend him!
Thank you for your 5-star review!
