Swimming Pool Services always does an amazing job!!!! I especially appreciate their communication - we have a dog and like to bring him inside when they are working and they always let us know when they are on their way. They have also always answered the plethora of questions I have regarding what is being done to our pool. Adam is an awesome communicator and him, Abe, and Julian replaced our in-ground pool liner within a few hours without any hiccups. Have used SPS for years and will continue to do so!

You never want to replace a liner that is still ok, but at the end, you are faced with a choice. Bite the bullet and get it done or face a sudden failure later. Our liner was 12 years old, faded, discolored, pool light was leaking. I did some comparisons and one company was highly recommended. Swimming Pool Services. Our first contact was with Allyn Brauer to get a quote. Great guy who came right out and gave us a quote within 1 day.
We put off the install as we tried to save the cost. We planned on doing it in the spring of 27. We stopped into the store in September to set up for spring and were instantly impressed by the retail outlet.
Staff is very educated on the products they sell. In our discussion with Allyn while signing the contract, he proposed us installing it in October! We said yes! Our 1st contact with the install crew was with Adam who is the crew chief. He sent out Abe and Julien who came to measure. While there, they not only measured but tested all the pool equipment to make sure there was nothing that would need repair later.
Within 2 weeks, our new liner was here and the install was scheduled. Adam scheduled Abe and Julian to return for the install which was great as they were familiar with everything right away. Let me tell you these 2 guys are great! Polite and very informative about what they were doing and how they were proceeding. They treated our home with care and professionalism. Adam returned to make sure everything was going well and help with the install of the new liner. The install was done with a great deal of care and pride in their work. Beautiful new liner was installed with precision, making sure my concerns were addressed each time. Since it was late in the year, they also did the winterization of the pool. A long day for them, but we couldn't be happier with the results, thank you Swimming Pool Services!!! Can't wait for Spring!!!!

For many years, we have used a local pool service and had to deal with the fact that they consider themselves the only game in town. They never took calls. You were required to leave a message and hope that they would eventually return your call . If you had a problem with your pool, you had to hope they would show up to fix the problem . This summer our pool had a leak and despite my repeated calls, they never showed.
We were desperate and contacted Swimming Pool Services, and to my surprise. They actually answer their phone , both Monica and Cassie were very helpful and passed me on to Adam in the service department. I explained my urgent need for service and two days later Adam and Abe were at my home and looking for my pool leak. They were extremely professional and though it took a while they eventually found and patched my leak.
I highly recommend them. We are extremely grateful for their professional service and we will now use Swimming Pool Services for our pool openings /closing and other needs.
