Swoon Lash + Beauty Lounge

I had my appointment for the first time at Swoon with Anaya at the St. Louis Park location today. I'm one to always be early for my appointment. For some reason, I thought my appointment was at 9:30am but it was actually at 9am! Anaya gave me a call at 9:15am and I told her I was 2 minutes away. She was so kind and understanding. I was happy she was still able to take me in. I tried the Korean Lash Lift and she did an absolutely amazing job! I've had lash lifts before at other places and they've never turned out as good as it did today. She also did my brows and they turned out just as awesome. Between the outstanding customer service and incredible outcome of my lashes/brows, I will be returning! Thank you Anaya for making my session feel so relaxing and comfortable!

Swoon & Kayla are awesome. Cute space and such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I was able to get lashes from Kayla, the owner, today and she was spot on for the length and lash look I wanted, despite me not knowing any technical details or having an inspiration picture. Highly recommend and I’ll be back!

I’ve seen Hailey for lashes and Alex for brows many times, including for my wedding, and I trust them completely. Their talent and professionalism always impress me, which is why I continue to see them to this day. Even after moving farther away, I still make the trip because they are absolutely worth it. Both are so skilled, professional, and personable—I couldn’t recommend them more!

Unfortunately won’t be coming back to this salon due to poor communication from the owner. I was booked for a 2 week fill on Friday. I called on Thursday at 8am to reschedule because I was sick. The owner booked me for Monday not letting me know this will be charged as a 3 week fill. I could’ve came the next day (Saturday) did she give me that option? No. What if I wanted to wait 3 weeks to get my lashes done? Communicate with your paying customers please and let them know their options…. I was completely blindsided. As a business owner- Be transparent- Let customers know that even if they reschedule, if there isn’t availability, then they will still be overcharged for the service. Hallie took 1 hour with my lashes as usual with 2 fills. She then told me she took as longer than she usually does which is not true at all. Be honest and communicative with clients.

I called the morning of to see if they could fit me in and they fit me in that hour! Taya did my foreign lash fill and i absolutely LOVE them and love taya! They are so welcoming and friendly! The atmosphere is also amazing and such a comforting to get your lashes done. I love my lashes and for a foreign fill, they did AMAZING! i got exactly what i wanted :)

12/10 experience. Booked my first hydrafacial with Linnea and it was amazing!! I am obsessed. We talked about my skin and products Im using, she explained what she was doing and I left with such a hydrated glow! My skin has never felt better. I will definitely be coming back.

Linnea LIFTED my lashes. Blew my expectations out of the water. She was so gentle I literally fell asleep. Cannot recommend Linnea or this establishment enough!!

First place I've ever gotten my lashes lifted. Linnea was wonderful and made me feel super comfortable! I definitely will be back and boy do my lashes look AMAZING! ❤️
