Hello all.
In my 60's now. I've always had a dog,,, always!! So seen & paid my fair share of dog groomers. SYDNEE'S PET GROOMING is absolutely the BEST. Super comfortable VIBE, & it began with a phone call, Excellent phone manners. The staff I spoke to KATIE & KAM are very very good at their jobs. Had Girls nails trimmed by KATIE. An absolutely fabulous, kind & extremely talented Stylist. She did Girls nails in like 7 minutes,,,and they are perfect.
When I picked up Girl,,, literally 7 minutes after I dropped her off lol, after KATÍE performed her service, Girl wasn't shakey, freaked out or cranky!! Absolutely Fabulous!¡
Wasn't sure what to expect from SYDNEE'S Pet Grooming, many groomers/Pet salons aren't friendly or will take the time to answer questions, charge appropriately just interested iñ getting paid, Now I understand most of us must work, but we're talking about our beloved Baboshka’s óur Forever Friends, ñot buying a lamp!
But not SYDNEE'S No attitude at all!!! KAM the Manager has really super staff. And is super herself. KAM took the time to explain some things about her stylists & the Salon (which I know can be difficult sometimes when you run a business and you're on the phone and you have other things to do and other customers she handled it smoothly). When we left, we DID NOT FEEL, financially ripped off, because their prices are very reasonable. Neither me or Girl felt rushed or cranky. Im honestly telling you not only as a pet parent, but as a Mother to my kids & a wise consumer. I urge everyone to try SYDNEE'S PET GROOMING in West Sac (by Lowes) you will be very pleased with whatever service you choose pet dog or cat!!
I'm so grateful for everyone at Sydnee's. All of the staff really care about the well being of your fur baby. Gotta give a BIG shout out to Renee. She is the ONLY person my crazy dog will let cut his nails. And that says a lot. I/we LOVE Sydnee's! My babies are so happy after getting their nails done.
My girl Nugget was nervous and Kam took really good care of her. She smelt fantastic! Her coat was so soft and they gave me good information about all the things that she had done and things that I might need to talk to my vet about. Most importantly her nails were done perfectly. No chips or anything. Would highly recommend taking your pet here.

I took my very anxious toy poodle in today and he was groomed by Kate. She did an excellent job and took really great care of him considering his anxiety. He came out looking very handsome , thank you again Kate! We will be back to see you :)
