With tutoring at Sylvan, our son has made great strides with his reading over the past 6 months. His fluency and confidence has improved. I appreciate the current director’s willingness to answer our questions about our son’s performance and provide insight on how we can continue to support him.

Joseph at Sylvan is very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Our son has made great progress over the past summer. The tutors there make learning interesting and keep our son’s attention for the duration. He likes to go in each time.

We started him at sylvan and he has improved so much and is almost at a 3rd grade level in many areas now and it's only been a couple months. Sylvan has been the perfect addition to our homeschooling. I knew my fifth grader needed some help in reading, writing and math and Sylvan was just what we needed. It has taken the pressure off in our schooling at home and he has made incredible progress with the tutors at Sylvan. The director has been great working with our homeschooling schedule. I wish we would have added Sylvan to our curriculum earlier because it truly has been a game changer in homeschooling!

The folks at Sylvan Learning work hard to develop and implement an appropriate learning program dedicated to your child’s needs. Even in a short time, we have seen improvement in our child’s academic skills, attitude, and confidence. Our child looks forward to the scheduled sessions with the teachers, and the comfortable atmosphere they provide.

They come to the Fremont Library which took away the obstacle of travel. The scheduling was flexible (with a heads-up), which helped with summer activities. But our tutor- that is what made the most difference! She is sweet, caring, and truly enjoys the time with the kids. She made flash cards for us to use, turned learning into games, and was a great support! Cannot say enough about the ease of the whole process!!

Thank you so much for your positive feedback, Mary Anne. We're so glad that you enjoyed attending our satellite at Birchard Library! And we agree, our Fremont teacher is the best!

My daughter has benefited so much. As a parent it is amazing to see how much she has improved in just a very short amount of time. She is more confident in math than she ever been before. Sylvan is amazing, I can’t wait to see what they teach her next!

I highly recommend Sylvan Learning of Bowling Green to anyone who needs to improve their studying skills. My daughter was having difficulty preparing for her biology tests. She does very well in all her classes but was not doing well in Bio’s unit testing. After conversing with Joseph, Sylvan’s director, he prepared a program to help her improve this aspect of her class. The teachers have been working with her to learn how to identify key concepts in a subject, learn to find and use other resources besides the textbook to make it easier to understand it, and sort key information into categories so it is easier to study for the tests. The teachers have been very helpful guiding her process to improve her test preparation strategies.
