If I could leave zero for a review I definitely would I highly recommend not putting your child at sylvan learning! We came from the Bellevue Location and pulled our children due to Bellevue location closing because they couldn’t pay bills and keep staff. We had a okay experience at first they were learning then it went down hill after a few months they did more coloring then anything we had a meeting of process and the day they scheduled it they had our daughter sitting in a room coloring instead of doing her test because they were short staffed that day so they took her learning and our money time away from her instead of rescheduling the meeting. After we told them we are leaving and would like a refund for the remainder of the time because Bellevue was closing and moving family’s to the Omaha location we have been promised 4 times now that we will be getting a refund on this day and they keep changing it finally after a month the owner reaches out saying they can’t pay because he doesn’t have the funds to pay us back and he would have to do 3 installment payments today was the day we were supposed to get the first installment payment and after all day reaching out and being ignored he finally got back saying he still doesn’t have the money to pay and can’t pay the 25% for the first payment and he is busy meeting with another family please please I get this place was cheap but this is not the place you want to send your child to learn and if you decide not to go with them you won’t get your money back as the owner is stealing from families I’m not the only family he has done this to!

We absolutely love Sylvan Learning Center! All three of my kids—Eason, Chloe, and Nathan—have had such a great experience here. The staff is so kind, patient, and supportive. They make learning fun and build so much confidence in the kids. Each child has different learning styles and needs, and the teachers do an amazing job tailoring the sessions to help them grow. They genuinely care about the students and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommend Sylvan to any parent looking for extra academic support in a positive and encouraging environment!

We are so grateful to be part of this learning center. Both of my kids attend here, and I am truly glad they are getting such great support while preparing for the ACT and Pre-ACT. The teachers and leadership are amazing,very knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. They not only help the students academically but also guide both kids and parents in the right direction when it comes to learning and future goals. This center creates a positive and motivating environment, and we feel very fortunate to be here. Highly recommend

My son has had the wonderful pleasure of learning with Sylvan for years! We continue to renew and return for the structure and academics they provide. He has trouble focusing and the tools they use to accommodate his needs and attention keep him wanting to come back and learn more!

Words can’t begin to describe the amazing experience we have had with the Sylvan team. All the way from the owner, director and teachers, we were continuously impressed on how welcoming, personable and supportive everyone has been. My daughter was struggling hard with math and was timid to start. The Sylvan team helped her come out of her shell by building up her confidence while also praising her improvement. I love that the teachers are consistent with their teachings and send home session updates of what was worked on. I also loved the open communication with the director both at our monthly progress meetings and if ever I had a question or concern. I have noticed such an impressive improvement in my daughter’s math abilities but also her overall confidence in school. As a parent, I can not recommend this program more. My daughter has truly been set up for success.
