I am so grateful for Sylvan Learning Center and the wonderful support they have provided for my daughter through her Florida virtual schooling. She is so happy there and genuinely looks forward to going, which means more to me than words can express. She is thriving right now, and as a parent, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing your child happy, confident, and doing well. Knowing she has a place where she feels supported and enjoys learning brings me so much peace and happiness. I am truly thankful for everyone at Sylvan for helping make this such a positive experience for her. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Sylvan Learning Center to any family looking for a supportive and encouraging learning environment!

So far my daughter has enjoyed her tutoring. From the director to the teacher ALL have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, sweet and kind. Im so grateful!!!!

I’m extremely off put by the way I was spoken to while deciding if this was feasible for my family. Upon searching for a tutoring center Sylvan is the most highly rated and I was first approached with genuine care and respect. Upon rescheduling and the realization that this center is not directly in St. Augustine, I was faced with an arrogant response of “The center is located in St. Augustine.” While expressing my driving specifically would be 30 minutes to this center I was then given another arrogant response paired with laughter of “I do this drive daily, I can assure it is NOT 30 minutes.” While I put this location in my maps from my home address the drive is, in fact, 24 minutes. I don’t appreciate the arrogance of the gentleman of administration office. I recognize the frustration of not having potential clients show up to their meetings and appreciate the call each time to get me back in. Unfortunately, due to the lack of arrogance and disrespect I will never put my children here nor will I ever recommend this center to anyone.
