Amy has a unique ability to guide you inward—to help unlock your own strength and insight. Through our sessions, I’ve had so many “aha” moments that have reshaped the way I understand myself and the situations around me.

Reading through other reviews, it's obvious that Shannon is a stellar counselor, and my review is no different. She is patient, kind, meets me where I'm at, challenges my thinking (in a good way), and does everything in her power to help me grow and overcome obstacles. It was an easy process to sign up and get matched with a counselor, which is half the battle sometimes. I have nothing but praise for Shannon and Symmetry Counseling.

Great experience with Tricia!! The quality and duration of our sessions are perfect and accommodate my schedule nicely, which is cool because I work 8-5 M-F. It seemed hard to find someone who would work with my schedules before I came to symmetry. Tricia finds time for me and overall I feel like a #1 priority with her and the practice! The sessions are accessible, structured, and accommodating. Additionally, the speed of the billing/records service departments is great.

My experience with my counselor, Shannon, was fantastic and helped me grow into myself as I navigate my 20s. Having someone to empathize and relate to both the big and small life trials was extremely helpful for me. Shannon always treated me with compassion, but also helped me see my struggles from an unbiased perspective. I would recommend Shannon to any young woman in her 20s.
