OMG!!! Talk about amazing....I had a computer issue and I was in full panic. Synergies was on top of the issues, I just sat back and let him work his magic!! On top of that he was understanding, and actually listened to what my issues were and then even took the time to educate me on items I did not understand.....I am a lifetime customer now :) THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have already told two friends they need to us Synergies, their computer company :)

I could not be happier with the service from James of Synergies Tech. He brought life back to my old computer and it now works like it's brand new. I found him to be highly professional, reasonably priced and a great communicator. I could not be happier.

Very bad experience with this merchant. The computer repair they performed went bad within a few months. They were not willing to work with me on it or make the situation better. The merchant had a very rude and uncaring attitude about the situation. Response to Owner's response: This merchant is making up something that is not true. I never spilled anything on it to begin with and didn't spill anything on it the 2nd time. I told him this over the phone. There was no liquid damage. He tried to make this up over the phone to make the customer look bad. What I think happened was he ordered cheap parts and they went bad. He was very rude on the phone and I asked him if he was willing to work with me on this issue. His response was no. His response on here is he does not have time for this nonsense. I guess if you treat your customers who paid about $250 for a repair and the repair goes bad within a few months as nonsense this review is the nonsense you get. It doesn't matter what your policy is, it matters what is reasonable. Is it reasonable for a $250 keyboard repair on a $700 laptop to go bad within a few months? No. This review could have been avoided if the merchant was willing to work with the customer to better the situation.

Bryan, I can't believe I have to spend more time dealing with you but for the sake of my business I can't let this slide. You agreed to our 30-day warranty, this repair was completed NINE months ago. Also it has failed because of water/moisture damage. I would have loved to help you but you came at me all wrong and I don't deal with people who demand free work to be done at the threat of a bad review. Most people will see right through this review but if any future customer has any questions regarding this encounter I will happily show your signed invoice and the multiple recorded phone calls and let the truth prevail. We fixed your keyboard once that had liquid/moisture damage, then nine months later you do it again and expect a small business to absorb that cost? Troll/Scam someone else, I don't have time for this nonsense.

James is excellent. I had a horrible experience at another place close by that had my computer for almost two weeks and couldn't figure out the problem. James found that my hard drive was wiped out by them in about 30 seconds. Thanks for your patience and time with me James!
