The people who work for the company have been great but the system sucks shit . So far the system hasn't worked consistently and I wouldn't recommend Synergy Security to anyone .....

Bought my home in 2021. Michael took great care of me and I have been happy with my alarm system ever since and the rate has not gone up!

Beware. I canceled my alarm service directly with Brinks and was repeatedly told that I had no outstanding balance. At no point did Brinks inform me that there was a separate contract with Synergy Security, and it appears there is very poor communication between the two companies despite Synergy selling Brinks services. Years later, I discovered a collection account for over $2,000 on my credit report. Had I been properly informed, I would have addressed the issue immediately. Instead, I found out through a collection agency. As a Realtor in Las Vegas, I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The lack of transparency and communication created a very frustrating and costly situation.

Not military friendly, sales person will lie and say if you’re moving you can cancel your contract but they are giving me issues..

I just bought a home last month and today Sammy and his trainee came by to talk to me about their security system that was in the house from the previous owner. The told me about their system and that it was outdated. I expected there to be a huge sales pitch, but quite the opposite. They are going to be replacing the old panel, installing new sensors, an electronic lock, and 3 video cameras all for no costs. No equipment fees or installation fees. Just a low monthly monitoring fee. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and how well they communicated the entire process. Thanks guys for stopping by and helping me feel more secure in my new home!

We had a fantastic experience with Sam and Cole today! Both of them are firefighters, and it really shows in the way they care about keeping people safe. They were incredibly personable, professional, and patient—taking the time to answer all of our questions and making sure every one of our needs was addressed. When Joseph came out to as if his company could install the ring security system the wife an I said yes. He explained that a technician would come out to install the equipment. Joseph was very helpful and explained that the installation would be fast. When the technician showed up which was later that day he was very fast putting it in he was very helpful explaining the panel. The people at the coustmer service were more than just helpful they were patient, calm and explained what to do. I highly recommend anyone to use ring for a home security system. The people that work for the ring company are very friendly and very nice and all of them are more than helpful.

Austin was great! He provided all information, very thorough with the equipment and how it works. Very informative, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. Was able to lock in my security system same day.
