I have had enough massages to know what I like SO, if you like a moderate/firm massage that really does a nice job hitting areas needing relief/knots then I highly recommend Brad. His many years of experience is notable. I will definately be returning.

Brandon was AMAZING! My usual person is out of maternity leave and I've gone to 3 other massage therapists in the interim, none have done as deep or thorough of a massage as Brandon! Will definitely be retuning to him for my massage needs when I'm in the La Crosse area!

BEST. MASSAGE. EVER. It's been too long since I've had a massage by Brad at Synergy Wellness in downtown La Crosse, WI, but I finally treated myself this morning. It was just the right combination of therapeutic, deep tissue work and relaxation in a comfortable space. I HIGHLY recommend!

If you want an excellent massage Brandon is your guy! He is always responsive to what areas I need worked on while following his own excellent intuitive sense of what’s needed at a deeper level. He gives a firm massage, which I request/like, but it’s not rough. I’m pretty picky about massage therapists and had been looking for a couple of years for a new massage therapist; a former long term massage therapist retired. Brandon is super respectful/ conscientious and I feel totally safe in his hands.

I went in as a sore recovering athlete, and as a fighter, I tend to get banged up quite a bit, I even have issues with my neck, back, and shoulders, but Brad had me throwing heat in the ring after 1 hour of deep tissue massage therapy and a 10 minute cupping session within my first visit. Point of this review, is that whether you are sore or in need of recovery therapy, this is a great place to start and continue coming back to. They have so much stuff to offer here! I couldn't believe how fast Brad had my body recovering from years of training. I can only imagine the relief others have felt after coming to this place of healing.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Alex! I'm extremely happy to hear that Brad's deep tissue massage and cupping session had such a positive impact on your recovery as an athlete. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to helping you and others on their healing journey.
