Please Read Before Booking<br><br>I want to start by saying that I genuinely believe in the power of sound baths and restorative yoga, and I deeply respect those who create these sacred spaces. That’s exactly why I’m writing this.<br>I recently booked a session here during a personally significant time — I am in the early weeks of sobriety and was intentionally carving out time to nurture my healing. I chose the new moon as a meaningful moment to begin. I drove nearly 30 miles to arrive at a locked door. Several other clients showed up as well. No one was there. No communication was sent in advance. Nikki, when reached by phone, acknowledged the date should have been blocked and would not be coming.<br>I was refunded without having to ask, and I do appreciate that.<br><br>But a refund doesn’t account for what was lost.<br><br>The people who seek out sound baths and restorative yoga are often doing so for the first time, stepping bravely outside their comfort zone, carrying trauma, grief, or quiet struggles the world doesn’t always see. They are making a courageous choice to heal. When someone offers this kind of service, they are entering into more than a business transaction — they are holding space for vulnerable human beings. That is a sacred responsibility.<br>A no-call, no-show — with no advance communication of any kind — is a breach of that responsibility. And based on other reviews, this does not appear to be an isolated incident.<br>I truly hope you reflect on this and make the changes needed to run your business with the same intention you likely bring<br>to your practice. If you’re going to offer healing to others, please show up — or at the very minimum, communicate. The people coming through your door deserve that dignity.

I completely understand why this experience felt disappointing and upsetting.<br><br>This scheduling error was unintentional, but that does not change the impact it had on you and the three others who arrived expecting to be welcomed into a restorative yoga, breathwork, and sound healing journey.<br><br>What you could not have known is that behind the scenes I have been navigating an unexpected and significant business disruption involving the sudden inability to use my studio space, along with major operational challenges over recent months, including the loss of a majority of the studio contents. While I do not wish to place those burdens onto my clients, I do want to acknowledge that this has been an exceptionally difficult season both professionally and personally.<br><br>That said, communication and accountability still matter, and I fully accept responsibility for the oversight. I deeply regret that I failed to properly cancel the class within the Vagaro booking system, and I understand the frustration and disappointment that created for you.<br><br>I fully intend to extend courtesy gift cards to clients who have been impacted by the ripple effects of these unfortunate circumstances, as I deeply understand that making intentional space for yourself requires time, energy, planning, and emotional investment.<br><br>Although you are in Tampa, I am currently planning upcoming experiences throughout Florida and would genuinely love to offer you complimentary VIP tickets to one of my future events once dates are announced. I deeply regret that I did, in fact, hang up on you today. I took your call while I was driving, and something that I prefer not to explicitly state began to occur before my eyes that I HAD to assist with... even at the expense of disappointing a client due to the nature of what I was witnessing. Had an amazing first class at Syzygy. It was our first experience doing sound healing but Nikki made us feel so comfortable and it was a great experience! It was really cool experiencing all the different sounds she uses and we left feeling MUCH more relaxed. The studio is very clean and relaxing and I felt very comfortable, will definitely be coming back!
