Great customer service and a great all around experience. They really helped take care of the car and found the issues right away, were super friendly, and got everything fixed in a very fast time frame. The pricing was also very reasonable. I will definitely be returning for future car work that I need. Thank you all so much! You guys are amazing!

A very good local shop!<br>I bought new rims for my car, and Heath was very helpful and let me know they can totally help me! This was amazing news for me, since someone else in town wouldn’t do this, and T & M is close to my workplace. The team was very fast and did a very good job, taking care of my car.<br>I was let know about my brakes needing replacement soon, instead of them trying to force it onto me first!<br>A very honest and friendly business and I will definitely be back!

I was coming home today across the JB Bridge and ran over something and my tire started to go flat. I had just enough time to make it to the shop. Walked in in full panic mode and they got me in immediately and took care of the issue and I was back on the road withing 20 minutes. I cannot thank them enough. This place has always been a goto back in the day when I had older vehicles and I would have to say they still are! Thank you T & M!!!

Had an issue with the 2021 Nissan Altima. It wouldn’t start at the bank in Columbia. Had it towed to T & M Automotive. Spoke with Heath about my issues with the car and he was very helpful and told me they would check it out. They told me after testing the charging system the battery had failed. Very quick service and knowledgeable about what they do there. We were very happy that he not only found the cause , but was very quick on fixing the car. T & M automotive in Columbia IL is a great place to take your car or truck. Heath was kind and professional in getting the vehicle up and running for us!!! Thank you very much!!!
These guys are the best, especially Heath, he is so easy to work with and thorough on explanations. Super honest, no pressure, and totally okay if you decide not to go with a recommendation. As a woman, I really appreciate how respectful and upfront they are — no trying to pull one over on you, just good people doing honest work. You can usually tell when a repair shop is trying to squeeze an extra dollar out of you and with them I get zero pushy energy and no dramatic sales pitch. I was offered a service and when I asked if I turned it down how long do they think it would be before the issue became a problem and I was right back in there at the exact time they told me I would be (few months). I also love that they will take payment over the phone and leave your vehicle ready to be picked up after hours it eliminated so much stress for me. Great place 👌

What s Great Shop! Being from out of town,never good to have a serious break down,,,and I did,,blew out the transfer case in my SUV..Hey, they got me going in more than a timely manner, kept me informed throughout the repair process,,, Absolutely no way I could be pleased more!!! Thx again !
