Got air working with extra refrigerant and checked all vents and filter. Friendly and helpful and waited till air was cooling down house. Moved my appointment to next day as air not cooling house in heatwave.

He was thorough, pleasant, and did a few small extra things, like changing the furnace filter and hosing off the a/c unit, that mattered.
