We were having trouble with a very slow and plugged drain in the basement floor. I wasn't sure what to expect because the house is old as well as the underground drain pipes have not been updated. As it turns out, the floor drain only needed a simple snaking. The technician was on time and very courteous. I felt the… Read full review

I had T-Mark perform a A/C tune up today and they (Damien) did an awesome job, checking out and cleaning the unit. Great service, very professional and informative. Ben was very specific into the point of fixing the problem at the least possible cost.

Ben was great and the guy he called in who’s name escapes me was also very personable. Had to lug the heavy equipment down the stairs and did a wonderful job. Very honest and no pushy sales pitch. Would recommend highly.

Very efficient and knowledgeable techs located the problem in a "shared drain" (old building). Other plumbers could not locate the clog, and claimed they'd have to open the wall up. Yikes. T Mark avoided doing damage to the wall, and had the problem solved cleanly, in less than an hour. 👍.

Matthew wasn’t able to unclog my bathroom sink and I was ok with his explanation why the reason why I’m only giving a 1 star rating is because he didn’t clean up the bathroom floor was black from his attempted draining SINCE THIS POST I was contacted by T Mark and they substantially reduced my Bill I give them a 5 star for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don Yetman, plumbing technician from T-Mark Plumbing resolved water drainage clogging problem. He is very experienced. I would rate him 5 star for his skill.
