5 Stars — Outstanding Service from Jon aka“Gumby”! I want to take a moment to recognize Jon “Gumby” from T-Mark Plumbing for providing the kind of service that represents exactly what a true professional should be. Jon came out to address a clogged sewer line running from my house toward the main sewer line, and…
We were having trouble with a very slow and plugged drain in the basement floor. I wasn't sure what to expect because the house is old as well as the underground drain pipes have not been updated. As it turns out, the floor drain only needed a simple snaking. The technician was on time and very courteous. I felt the…
Ben was great. Very quick and super friendly!
T Mark came quickly and unclogged our drains. Got us back to doing laundry quickly.
I had T-Mark perform a A/C tune up today and they (Damien) did an awesome job, checking out and cleaning the unit. Great service, very professional and informative. I have used this company on several occasions for different services and would not hesitate to use them for any of my needs in the future.
Excellent experience from start to finish. They kept us informed every step of the way through text messages and email, arrived promptly, and completed the work quickly. They were professional, courteous, and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
We had a maintenance call for our ductless a/c for routine service. It was incredibly easy to schedule online, there is all kinds of warning of impending service arrival, and the price for the maintenance was more than fair. Logan was our tech, and she was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and…
Had a drain clog which of course occurred on the weekend. They were able to have someone come out on a Sunday and repair it quickly. Technician was on time and very professional. We have purchased a number of things for our home from T-Mark and they always provide excellent service!

Ben was very specific into the point of fixing the problem at the least possible cost.
Ben was great and the guy he called in who’s name escapes me was also very personable. Had to lug the heavy equipment down the stairs and did a wonderful job. Very honest and no pushy sales pitch. Would recommend highly.
Very efficient and knowledgeable techs located the problem in a "shared drain" (old building). Other plumbers could not locate the clog, and claimed they'd have to open the wall up. Yikes. T Mark avoided doing damage to the wall, and had the problem solved cleanly, in less than an hour. 👍.
Matthew wasn’t able to unclog my bathroom sink and I was ok with his explanation why the reason why I’m only giving a 1 star rating is because he didn’t clean up the bathroom floor was black from his attempted draining SINCE THIS POST I was contacted by T Mark and they substantially reduced my Bill I give them a 5 star for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Don Yetman, plumbing technician from T-Mark Plumbing resolved water drainage clogging problem. He is very experienced. I would rate him 5 star for his skill.
Ben was fast, clean & professional. Sink flows smoothly now 😊
I have had service twice now. My sewer was redone for less than half the price as Roy's. Roy told us we needed things done by law and it wasn't true. They were just upselling me unnecessary services thinking I wouldnt check others. I had T-Mark come out and i was told differently. Now I had a problem with my AC and…

I had some sewer backup issues and T-Mark has come out a couple times to deal with them. Ben P first came to snake the line, then a year later I had a similar issue so he returned and jetted the line. Jon S then recently came once more for camera work on the sewer line, due to another minor backup issue. Price for…

Ben Piper is the service person who arrived at my house. He was very friendly and assessed the problem immediately. Everything was repaired and it works perfectly.
My original review is below. Here we are two months later, drains are clogged again and they want to charge me again because it’s past their 30 day warranty. According to this pattern, I’d need pay to have them come out every other month. Kole was professional, friendly, and quick. He even gave me tips to prevent further drain clogs.
Ryan was professional yet down to earth and very informative and helpful. We use TMark for all our plumbing and heating A +
She was on time and very polite, very knowledgeable and it seemed like she had that thing done really quick

Professional and efficient service. TMARK plumber CJ solved my sewer drain issue in 30 minutes without any issues or hassles. HVAC technician David is awesome a true professional. TMark- a company that I've had the pleasure of working with in the past and will continue to use in the future.
Very expensive and did not do all we wanted. When we asked about a particular service, got some sarcasm. Had another company come out to do what we wanted, the other company did what we wanted and a lot more as well as re-do T-Mark work for A LOT, LOT LESS. When called, T-Mark was quick to respond and polite.
Had natural drain from sump hole that was plugged. Matt and Brian came out with a hydrojet. They gave me a 2 hour time window, and called about 40 minutes before they arrived. Very friendly people, and I had no issue with them. Upon cleaning, it was discovered that the vent pipe had detached from the drain, and…
