The repair man was super nice and courteous. My mother and father are older, he spoke with me described what he did.I was unable to be there but he understood and helped get my parents furnace working. I would recommend anyone to call if they ever have a heating problem. Thanks

Mike Milne tuned up my furnace today and as in the past did a great and thorough job.

Alex J was great! Thoroughly explained everything going on with my furnace and what to expect if a replacement is needed in the future.

Scott was great. He was on time, answered my questions, showed me how to operate the thermostat.

They done a great job. They were here when thay said they would. They are the only one I would use and the are reasonably priced.

Riasad did a great job with the furnace tune up, he was very quick and informational. I let him know of the issue I was having, and he was able to identify the cause. The price was great and affordable as well. I would definitely use TMark again

David Edward’s checked our boiler, did needed maintenance and explained several items in regard to our boiler. He advised us that the boiler is in good condition and made us feel very comfortable in assuring us that the boiler will continue to work well with proper yearly maintenance. Maxwell Peck arrived at his notified time. He said it take less than an hour to perform an annual tune-up my furnace and descaling of my tankless water heater. I got a heater tune-up before the winter months - Logan was in & out. Very polite and professional. T - Mark is always reliable.

Had David over to do a inspection/ tune-up. Great guy, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Tmark is my go to for everything in the house that Id rather not tackle myself.

T-Mark really helped us when our pilot went out this past winter so I had them come back for a boiler tune-up. Our service person, Logan, couldn’t have been more pleasant and professional. She made adjustments to our account so all of our contact information is updated and best of all, we qualify for a rebate. I highly recommend T-Mark for service.

A furnace tuneup is usually not on my mind, but I took advantage of the $69 promotion from T-Mark. They also provided the forms and information on how to submit a national fuel rebate. My technician, Alex, was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very informative and polite.

None on the list. He did service our 15 year old furnace. Great advice given. I can add at this service call that they now do whole house generators.

We have had Tmark here numerous times for numerous things and their responses have all been superior in every respect. On time and good prices when compared to other vendors. We don't even get multiple bids any more.

Logan is a skilled professional and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. We were having problems with our furnace and she walked us through everything she was doing to locate the problem. Alex was very knowledgeable and very detailed during his visit.

My furnace wasn’t working correctly and my thermostat apparently was the problem. The repairman took advantage and charged me 170.00 dollars for a 50 dollar thermostat!! It’s not even Wi-Fi!! I don’t recommend using this company!!
