David was an amazing technician and did a great job diagnosing and repairing our malfunctioning boiler. He also took the time to dumb it down and provide me with a thorough explanation/education. It wee an outstanding experience.

From the initial phone call to the tech, David, service was great! Received a thorough explanation of work needed and it was completed promptly at a very reasonable price.

Mark arrived on time and presented himself in a professional and personable manner. He thoroughly diagnosed the issue, explained the necessary repairs and cost. Once I gave the go-ahead, he completed the repairs in a timely fashion. My heat is back!! The overall cost may have been more than hoped for but the service was first class!!

My motor quit in my aging furnace. Maxwell replaced the motor and explained everything that he was going to do. He didn’t try to talk me into buying a new furnace. He was friendly, well educated, and soft spoken. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him.

Today we had the pleasure of having Dave E service our furnace. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed the issue but also informed me on the proper way to guard against having the same problem again. He still has to come back and replace the motor but I am confident his workmanship will be first class.

Tmark has very good communication with its customers. They even texted me a picture of my technician and a little story behind him, which I thought was really cool. Mike checked our furnace over and found it to be in good working order. Went over everything that he did to the furnace which I thought was great too. I would highly recommend. Tmark.
