We are so very impressed with every person we encountered at T-Mark! From our first call into the office, the receptionist listened as we told her that our air conditioner wasn’t working. Unfortunately it’s time to leave this review. TMark installed my air conditioning system with money I earned from a deployment in Kuwait in 2020 that I had just returned from. INSTALLATION PROBLEM: The installation looked awful on the exterior of the house which resulted in having the manager called to my house to… Read full review

We had a maintenance call for our ductless a/c for routine service. It was incredibly easy to schedule online, there is all kinds of warning of impending service arrival, and the price for the maintenance was more than fair. Logan was our tech, and she was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and… Read full review

Good communication throughout with Ian. Installers arrived on time, were pleasant and worked efficiently. I didn’t realize the average time for a replacement AC was 4-6 hours for standard install. They were here 7 hours because I needed some custom work done to box in the coil. Unit is quiet and so far works… Read full review
