Today was just an estimate; the work will be done in a few days. But, Matt provided friendly and transparent service. The quotation while not ideal was something that needed to be addressed. He didn’t try to sell any “add-ons”. It’s the service we’ve come to expect from T-Mark and look forward to the issue being resolved later this week.

Brian and Jimmy were outstanding as they battled lousy weather, my town's less than helpful water department, electric line conduit, surprise storm sewer pipes, an abandoned gas line and a buried curb stop to replace a lead water service line, fix a leaking valve and install a new curb stop. Very efficient and knowledgeable techs located the problem in a "shared drain" (old building). Other plumbers could not locate the clog, and claimed they'd have to open the wall up. Yikes. T Mark avoided doing damage to the wall, and had the problem solved cleanly, in less than an hour. 👍.

Its the best company, technician Seth Mosher really knowledgeable and has best experience, i will ref to my friends and family.

Dylan came over with great customer service, he was very knowledgeable in knowing what was the problem with my electric. John Peck came over to do some plumbing and fix my shower. I would recommend T Mark to anyone, the pricing is great and they’re very prompt with their service

This is my third time calling TMark and they were great as usual. Arrived early, thoroughly explained the job and cost and completed the same day! I will never call anyone but T Mark.

My technician Pat and his helper did a wonderful job locating the leak and then fixing it. When Pat told me that the job was only going to take 4 hours I hoped he was right because my house is over 100 years old and nothing to fix only takes 4 hours, but he was right and I'm very pleased with the job.
