After a bad experience with another plumbing company, Seth came out and was just amazing! He was so knowledgeable and able to complete the work needed to be done and more! Thank you Seth! We will be using T Mark again!

My Grandmother used their services recently. She was very impressed with everything, stating “ I called T Mark today and the person that responded to my problem was a very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly person. He represented your agency well and I will tell my friends what a good experience I had”

Ryan was professional and intelligent with good insight on products. Great service!!

Today was just an estimate; the work will be done in a few days. But, Matt provided friendly and transparent service. The quotation while not ideal was something that needed to be addressed. He didn’t try to sell any “add-ons”. It’s the service we’ve come to expect from T-Mark and look forward to the issue being resolved later this week.

Brian and Jimmy were outstanding as they battled lousy weather, my town's less than helpful water department, electric line conduit, surprise storm sewer pipes, an abandoned gas line and a buried curb stop to replace a lead water service line, fix a leaking valve and install a new curb stop. Thanks!

Very efficient and knowledgeable techs located the problem in a "shared drain" (old building). Other plumbers could not locate the clog, and claimed they'd have to open the wall up. Yikes. T Mark avoided doing damage to the wall, and had the problem solved cleanly, in less than an hour. 👍.

Its the best company, technician Seth Mosher really knowledgeable and has best experience, i will ref to my friends and family.

Dylan came over with great customer service, he was very knowledgeable in knowing what was the problem with my electric. John Peck came over to do some plumbing and fix my shower. I would recommend T Mark to anyone, the pricing is great and they’re very prompt with their service

Cal was great, fixed the problem quickly.

This is my third time calling TMark and they were great as usual. Arrived early, thoroughly explained the job and cost and completed the same day! I will never call anyone but T Mark.

My technician Pat and his helper did a wonderful job locating the leak and then fixing it. When Pat told me that the job was only going to take 4 hours I hoped he was right because my house is over 100 years old and nothing to fix only takes 4 hours, but he was right and I'm very pleased with the job.

Excellent service and technician.

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable.

Carter was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! TMark got us scheduled and repaired our leak the same day!

Technicians are always knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are reasonable and the office communication is great.

What a relief!!! Walking into my basement and finding a water leak I called the first place I could think of, a place I used before, right down the street; I called and didn’t hear anything back from them until 2 days later !!! Yes !!! 2 days later ….. I called T Mark!!! I remembered the commercials and… Read full review

Very prompt and professional very happy with the work

Fast service, and professional. I will use again. Don Yetman is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The technician explained to me in detail the problem and the possible solutions before they commenced to work. Once the technician realized that the problem may be more than he could handle- I appreciated the fact that they stopped and didn’t proceed which might have complicated the issue more. I applaud that.

Our team member was excellent. Very polite and explained the job.

I’ve relied on t-mark to service all of my properties for twenty years now. Always impressed!

I called about a leaking pipe under my tub late in the day and Ryan was there first thing in the morning and got it fixed. He did great work and was also kind to my dog.

Anthony did an estimate for my outside hose bib. He was friendly, professional and punctual and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use T-Mark again.

Company is great, fairly priced and techs are very responsive and outstanding work. Gary worked on multiple projects and we were always happy with his and T Marks service

Thank you for the pleasant efficient service.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and able to explain the way the leak detection system would work. My husband and I were happy with his expertise I also appreciated the message letting me know Anthony was on his way. It included not only a photo but also some information about Anthony himself so that he would’ve somehow “ familiar” even at first meeting.
