Expensive $200 to snake a drain. Kinda didn’t care about my problem with a clogged drain. Wouldn’t recommend. Also asked on the phone if they can camera the pipe and they said yes and of course when they got here told me no

Brian and Jimmy were outstanding as they battled lousy weather, my town's less than helpful water department, electric line conduit, surprise storm sewer pipes, an abandoned gas line and a buried curb stop to replace a lead water service line, fix a leaking valve and install a new curb stop. Thanks!

Very efficient and knowledgeable techs located the problem in a "shared drain" (old building). Other plumbers could not locate the clog, and claimed they'd have to open the wall up. Yikes. T Mark avoided doing damage to the wall, and had the problem solved cleanly, in less than an hour. 👍.

Sump pump replacement

Ryan was prompt and professional. Diagnosed the issue, explained what was needed and completed the repair. I would definitely be comfortable using T-Mark for plumbing in the future.

Nick was prompt very friendly, and courteous, he made sure he explained, my problem and was willing to offer a couple of solutions. He and his helper dont know his name were very professional and knowledgeable, and in no time my issue was resolved.

We had Alex Beback out on 2/19/2024 for a furnace checkup. We was very pleasant and efficient. We also had Ben Cliff out on1/29/2024 for a sump pump adjustment. Also very pleasant and helpful. He did work for us before. Very good company to work with. Office staff are very helpful especially Rose.

I called about a leaking pipe under my tub late in the day and Ryan was there first thing in the morning and got it fixed. He did great work and was also kind to my dog.

We have had Tmark here numerous times for numerous things and their responses have all been superior in every respect. On time and good prices when compared to other vendors. We don't even get multiple bids any more.

I’ve used T Mark for years and they’re always professional, punctual and very nice. I get email reminders ahead of time, the guy contacts me when he’s on the way and he’s always VERY professional, never dirty or sketchy. Just had my AC seasonal service done and the guy Dave was awesome.

What is the point of visiting people's homes if the first thing they do is tell me that I need an engineer to come and draw up a plan before your plumber can do anything. He didn't even try looking around the house to give me some idea. T- max technicians came and left in 5-10 min later.

TMarc serves the company I manage building underground Utility infrastructure. After a very high quote, I decided to call other plumbing services. T-Mark responded quickly and gave me an estimate that was significantly lower that the initial quote. I will be using T-Mark for my future plumbing needs.
