Professional, friendly, on time

My tenants clogged their toilet on a Sunday of course, Teamwork and Ben the Plumber were there in about 45 minutes, I was at work and they took payment over the phone after the job is done. It took them about five minutes and I have peace of mind. I would definitely use them again.

Had two issues….one with plumbing and the other with HVAC. They had two very competent, nice and efficient workers come out. Gary & Mark both did a great job!

Their tech Ryan was on time and very knowledgable with his observations and recommendations.

Dylan Weber moved my dryer plug from the floor to the wall. He was very punctual, friendly and professional. I always ask a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything. I have used T-Mark several times and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Our toilet started leaking into the basement the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, because of course it did. Nice serviceman, but I don’t think he had the experience to fix the problem. After he left, I checked to make sure toilet was still draining & it was not. Called different plumbing company & they stated that it was the sewer line causing the problem. Update to my review. Great customer service from T-Mark. They called me & refunded my payment.

Excellent job getting a washcloth out of my toilet!

Both Seth and Matt were very knowledgeable and thorough in their services. Both looked at my kitchen sink leak as well as replaced a toilet in a bathroom. Both respected my house with their booty covers and were polite and explained everything so that they left with me knowing the full situation. I appreciate their Respectful attitude.
