Professional, friendly, on time
My tenants clogged their toilet on a Sunday of course, Teamwork and Ben the Plumber were there in about 45 minutes, I was at work and they took payment over the phone after the job is done. It took them about five minutes and I have peace of mind. I would definitely use them again.
Professional, timely, good work friendly
John was great! Friendly, punctual, professional and fixed my problem in short order! Thank you so much.
Ty T-mark. You guys showed up super fast. Your technician Logan was super polite and accommodating. I literally called this morning. Spoke to a very nice and accommodating AI. It was smart enough to make an appointment the same day without me having to wait to talk to a real person (I was 3rd in the queue). About…
I'm a tough customer. Yeah, I'm that lady. I know it. My friends know it I want a fair price, good service, and no baloney with trying to sell me things I don't need. I used to install my own toilets and faucets. Put a new pump in my washer. }But, Im.in my early sixties now... wondering whether I WANT to DIY.…
We had a maintenance call for our ductless a/c for routine service. It was incredibly easy to schedule online, there is all kinds of warning of impending service arrival, and the price for the maintenance was more than fair. Logan was our tech, and she was amazing from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and…
Very good, a little confusion, easily fixed. Professional and courteous.
Had two issues….one with plumbing and the other with HVAC. They had two very competent, nice and efficient workers come out. Gary & Mark both did a great job!
Their tech Ryan was on time and very knowledgable with his observations and recommendations.
Dylan Weber moved my dryer plug from the floor to the wall. He was very punctual, friendly and professional. I always ask a lot of questions, and he took the time to explain everything. I have used T-Mark several times and I would recommend them to friends and family.
Our toilet started leaking into the basement the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, because of course it did. T-Mark not only answered their phone--I spoke to a human!--they scheduled me for the following Tuesday and put me on the list to be called if anyone canceled. (Note that our usual plumbing company's phone…
Technician expert, considerate, timely, installation very good, clean up good, excellent representative your firm.
John was great. Completed the job efficiently and with a smile
JOHN called in advance, he was running ahead of schedule, that was great. He was polite, described the needs, fixed not one but both toilets. Thank you.
Nice serviceman, but I don’t think he had the experience to fix the problem. After he left, I checked to make sure toilet was still draining & it was not. Called different plumbing company & they stated that it was the sewer line causing the problem. Update to my review. Great customer service from T-Mark. They called me & refunded my payment.
Ryan was polite, honest, and most of all, on time. He was a very personable and knowledgeable young man, as well. I would recommend TMark services.
I had a furnace/A/C install scheduled when I experienced a partial power outage the evening before. Alex K. came with the installers and solved my problem within minutes! The entire tech staff at T-Mark has been so good to me over the years that I've hired them, I can't say enough positive things about them. Their…
Excellent job getting a washcloth out of my toilet!
Both Seth and Matt were very knowledgeable and thorough in their services. Both looked at my kitchen sink leak as well as replaced a toilet in a bathroom. Both respected my house with their booty covers and were polite and explained everything so that they left with me knowing the full situation. I appreciate their Respectful attitude.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, honest with assessment
Carter came to our home to fix a simple toilet clog! We were so happy with his work! He had that fixed in minutes! We were so happy that T Mark lets you know who is coming to your home with a picture of their employee, what time and Carter was right on time! He gave us the amount before he did the job too. We were…

Excellent job. Would highly recommend Brian. Thank you T Mark.
T mark came out to replace my fill valve for my toilet. I thought the price was excessive. I will admit I wasn't happy. The work that was done was good and the service representative that came out was very nice and made sure he kept the house clean. The plumbing service manager Anthony called me up to help rectify…

My toilet was overflowing. Ben arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and snaked the toilet. It was done in about 10 minutes and he was gone. Whew!!!
Very expensive, wasted a lot Of time. Was told he would be there between 8-8:30- actually starting working at 9:25 am - my husband and I had to tag team, bc he had work and then I had to work. Overall, not real impressed. Looking for another plumber.
I chose Reimer Plumbing initially because of their high Google rating. Unfortunately it was extremely misleading. They charged me $230 just to come give an estimate. When I called T-Mark Plumbing they told me they offer free estimates!!!! Reimer told me to replace my 40 gallon tank and install the necessary power…
The service was excellent starting from making the call with a very friendly professional staff, to the quick scheduling, the communication about the service, the timeliness of the technician, and the friendly professional service. Thank you TMArk. I’d highly recommend your company to everyone.

Update - T-Mark called and made an appointment and very quickly came out and fixed the toilet seal. The same technician came out and he was really nice and took care of it quickly. No one at any point asked me to change their review. They just took care of the problem and that's why I bumped them up to 5 stars.…

We own a small multi family building, with a unit that had an ongoing problem. Brian, the technician called to let me know of 2 potential outcomes, with 2 potential prices. Happy (and somewhat surprised!) to say that he was able to completely fix the problem with the lower priced option! Very honest, reliable and…
Always on time, very professional and friendly, never trying to scare us into buying something we don't need. They do the work and do it well, give us good tips for maintenance, and take notes so our details are on file for the future. Staff is really great to work with!
B”H he was great. He fixed a problem that was causing high usage from the water meter and explained things. He should get 6 stars.

Did a fine job, would recommend
We paid to have T-Mark come fix a toilet that had a very weak flush. The plumber they sent out didn't do anything. He looked at the toilet and said it couldn't be fixed and we needed a new one for $645. Also charged us for the privilege of having him come to the house and tell us that. We decided to replace the…
Ken performed 4 basic services perfectly but truly excelled in a creative solution for a garage plumbing situation. Sam
Worked with Nick. Very professional and polite. Got the job done in no time.
I have had several good experiences withT-Mark. Their servicemen are always professional and pleasant. They tend to be above average in their quotes, but you can frequently find coupons for discounts. This service I was able to get $50.00 off with a coupon from the newspaper.
T-Mark and Jon did an excellent job fixing the plumbing and snaking the drain. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job.
