On time,explained very well
Wow. Eventually they got the work done. I'm at 2 and a half months. I've already paid and I still can't get anyone to come finish the job. They put the wrong equipment in and then came to replace it. They have had 3 months to clean the ducts but that still has not happened. You can't just call and get it scheduled.…
5 year customer of T-Mark. They replaced our furnace, AC, and most recently a hot water tank. We had minor issues in the past, the AC T-Mark installed was wired incorrectly. When called for a service T-Mark initially diagnosed as needing an expensive part and service. When the service/part replacement was supposed…
Mark my technician was excellent. Diagnosed the problem within five minutes. They were out there the same day I made the appointment kept in contact the entire time. Excellent service would highly recommend.
Mark was a very polite, happy person and arrived within 10 minutes of his phone call. I'm a senior citizen with health problems with bad knees and a bad back and was unable to get a water tank pilot light cleared and started. Mark started my tenant's hot water tank that had not been working for 3 days from storm…
Did a great job really impressed with how the work was done young guys very professional great to see young men taking up the trades!!!! This is my second time using T mark will use again for sure.
We are so very impressed with every person we encountered at T-Mark! From our first call into the office, the receptionist listened as we told her that our air conditioner wasn’t working. She sent someone out the next day. When Adam arrived, his professionalism, knowledge, and overall attitude won us over…
Absolutely incredible team from customer service to the amazing technicians . Quick , professional, reliable and very pleasant customer experience. Thank you TMark ❤️you guys rock
Our hot water tank died and flooded basement floor. I called T-Mark because their ad stated they would get back to you in 90 minutes. They did!! This was my best experience EVER!! From the woman who took my first call, to the sales rep, to the installer, a truly positive, efficient, awesome experience. We are…

Alec Demske and Ryan did not waste any time , got to work right away. Alec show me the new shout off valves and they cleaned up before they left.
David was great! Even though I was stuck at work over an hour later because of how busy the poor guy was and how late it was when he arrived, he was professional fast courteous and kind. I look forward to working with him again in the future
Excellent courteous service. The 3 young men, professional and they worked hard. Highly recommend! This was done yesterday in Ellicottville. Cleaned up respectfully!
Andrew and Bryan were great. T-Mark is Always the best!
Austin and Matteo did a great job installing my water heater on the same day I called T-Mark. They were both very professional, courteous, and friendly. They also hauled away by broken heater and all the packaging that the new heater came in. They left the basement very neat and tidy. If I hadn’t seen them do…
Great job from T Mark installers. Came on time, did the job in a reasonable timeframe, and everything works great.
Dave was awesome! He was on time and did a wonderful job. I was fully prepared to hear I needed a new tank but he was able to reset a sensor and fix it! 🙌🏽 very nice and helpful and explained it to me as he was fixing it, would recommend to anyone!
Friendly & fast service! Would highly recommend!
Fast service-Came out the same day to evaluate the Hot water tank issue , reliable and courteous. Took the time to protect floors, and hauled away the old hot water tank. Reviewed the installation and recommended maintenance. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Excellent service with no attempt to upsell or blindside the customer. The service technicians, named Logan Blazejewski , were respectful and went beyond expectations. I was so impressed and will use them for all of my HVAC needs."
Did a great job. No issues.

My experience with T. Mark All was awesome. Nick was professional. His coworker was the same. Both courteous and knowledgeable about their job and skill.
Mike and his teammate were fast, courteous, helpful and personable. Excellent customer service!!
Great service, the best. I have used them before, very professional.
From start to finish, all staff did a fabulous job scheduling, diagnosing, estimating and installation of new hot water tank. I have several more plumbing projects to be worked on and will be contacting T Mark for the jobs!
Pleased the repair was as easy as it was, I'm not a plumber, but the charge seemed a tad high for what was done. Perhaps the Service Charge should have been waived as long as part and installation was performed. Otherwise, the guys were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, Randall Burley
These guys were great doing a long overdue upgrade to my electrical service.
The service was great and the employee who installed my hot water tank was friendly and did a great job
Great service. Our technician Dave was able to identify the problem and solve it for the price of a service call. Well done!
Haithem did an awesome job and was very thorough and professional Great employee you got there who represented TMark just the way Jeff and Ryan Miller started this family run business Professionally-Honestly-and with Integrity

Over the past few months we have had T-Mark at our house multiple times and every time I am blown away by the level of service, attention, clarity, and kindness. I wrote a review 2 years ago and have since had my HVAC replaced and recently a new water heater installed. From the call center to project manager to technicians they are ALL Terrific!! My a/c and heating bills were almost cut in half. The new water heater is amazing. You don't realize how poorly items are…
Very polite and professional would use this company again
Top notch. Professional. Responsive. Reasonable.
Perfect
Dave was great! Highly Recommend!
When Keith arrived he was really pleasant and kinda calming. After looking at the situation he offered options to band-aid it or fix long term and gave me the cons on the band-aid. Also explained how this happened and ways to prevent future issues. T-mark will definitely get our future business from our hot water heater to a few other upgrades we want.
Great as always! Called about a hot water tank needing replaced and had it installed less than 24 hours later.
Stepped in water at 4:30 Thursday, had a new Bradford White hot water tank by lunch the next day. Can’t beat that for service.
Brian was right on time to give us an estimate. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Matt, who installed the hot water tank, was also right on time. He worked efficiently and the family is very grateful. Thank you for your professional attitude and workmanship.
Great service, installation was quick and clean!
Our old tank split and was leaking. Brian came with the new tank on the truck, drained the old one, wrestled it up out of the basement, and neatly connected the new tank. All within one hour. The Buffalo Bills discussion was an added benefit!
Company is great, fairly priced and techs are very responsive and outstanding work. Gary worked on multiple projects and we were always happy with his and T Marks service
My hot water heater began to leak today, I called T-Mark Plumbing and Brian came to my house to evaluate my situation. He recommended I change the hot water tank as soon as possible, then he gave me numerous options and showed me changes to the installation they will make…. They are coming tomorrow to replace the tank….. more to come
Amazing amazing amazing !! Great job by Cody and Mike. Informative friendly and professional. I have a new furnace, AC and tankless water system installed by them and I am so satisfied and happy. I would highly recommend this company and hopefully you get Cody and Mike !! Thank you both very much for doing such a AMAZING job !!!!!!
My wife and I had a tankless water heater installed by David and Michael. Unfortunately, the following day, National Fuel had to correct T-Mark’s work as T-Mark left the main gas line that feeds the tankless water heater loose at multiple fittings. This resulted in a gas leak. When we spoke with T-Mark, they stated…
I had the folks at T-Mark install a new furnace, hot water tank and a/c condenser. They finished the job in one day and were very professional from start to finish. Shout out to Logan !! Thank-you,
