T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling- Buffalo

On time,explained very well

Wow. Eventually they got the work done. I'm at 2 and a half months. I've already paid and I still can't get anyone to come finish the job. They put the wrong equipment in and then came to replace it. They have had 3 months to clean the ducts but that still has not happened. You can't just call and get it scheduled.… Read full review

5 year customer of T-Mark. They replaced our furnace, AC, and most recently a hot water tank. We had minor issues in the past, the AC T-Mark installed was wired incorrectly. When called for a service T-Mark initially diagnosed as needing an expensive part and service. When the service/part replacement was supposed… Read full review

Mark my technician was excellent. Diagnosed the problem within five minutes. They were out there the same day I made the appointment kept in contact the entire time. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Mark was a very polite, happy person and arrived within 10 minutes of his phone call. I'm a senior citizen with health problems with bad knees and a bad back and was unable to get a water tank pilot light cleared and started. Mark started my tenant's hot water tank that had not been working for 3 days from storm… Read full review

Great service, the best. I have used them before, very professional.

From start to finish, all staff did a fabulous job scheduling, diagnosing, estimating and installation of new hot water tank. I have several more plumbing projects to be worked on and will be contacting T Mark for the jobs!

Pleased the repair was as easy as it was, I'm not a plumber, but the charge seemed a tad high for what was done. Perhaps the Service Charge should have been waived as long as part and installation was performed. Otherwise, the guys were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, Randall Burley

These guys were great doing a long overdue upgrade to my electrical service.

The service was great and the employee who installed my hot water tank was friendly and did a great job

Great service. Our technician Dave was able to identify the problem and solve it for the price of a service call. Well done!

Top notch. Professional. Responsive. Reasonable.

Perfect

Dave was great! Highly Recommend!

When Keith arrived he was really pleasant and kinda calming. After looking at the situation he offered options to band-aid it or fix long term and gave me the cons on the band-aid. Also explained how this happened and ways to prevent future issues. T-mark will definitely get our future business from our hot water heater to a few other upgrades we want.

Great as always! Called about a hot water tank needing replaced and had it installed less than 24 hours later.

Stepped in water at 4:30 Thursday, had a new Bradford White hot water tank by lunch the next day. Can’t beat that for service.

Brian was right on time to give us an estimate. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Matt, who installed the hot water tank, was also right on time. He worked efficiently and the family is very grateful. Thank you for your professional attitude and workmanship.

Great service, installation was quick and clean!

Our old tank split and was leaking. Brian came with the new tank on the truck, drained the old one, wrestled it up out of the basement, and neatly connected the new tank. All within one hour. The Buffalo Bills discussion was an added benefit!

Company is great, fairly priced and techs are very responsive and outstanding work. Gary worked on multiple projects and we were always happy with his and T Marks service

My hot water heater began to leak today, I called T-Mark Plumbing and Brian came to my house to evaluate my situation. He recommended I change the hot water tank as soon as possible, then he gave me numerous options and showed me changes to the installation they will make…. They are coming tomorrow to replace the tank….. more to come

I would highly recommend this company and hopefully you get Cody and Mike !! Thank you both very much for doing such a AMAZING job !!!!!!

My wife and I had a tankless water heater installed by David and Michael. Unfortunately, the following day, National Fuel had to correct T-Mark’s work as T-Mark left the main gas line that feeds the tankless water heater loose at multiple fittings. This resulted in a gas leak. When we spoke with T-Mark, they stated… Read full review

Friendly, professional, responsive, timely and honest. Will be our go to company for all services they provide. T-Mark installed a tankless water heater for us in February 2022. Today it was Jeffrey that came to fix an issue with our heating & AC. He explained the issue, answered questions, and fixed it promptly. Thanks for the great service!

From the time of the visits of the cost estimators (Justin, Anthony) to the completion of the work (Brian, Josh) everything with this project went well. The workmanship quality was excellent and completed when and in the amount of time promised.

Highly recommended. I got three estimates for furnace, A/C, and hot water tank installation. T-Mark fell right in the middle. Justin was my estimator. He was responsive, professional, and worked with me to keep costs down. Kevin did the installation and was fantastic. No b.s. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Nick was pleasant, kind, upbeat and liked my dogs 😂😂. He was happy to answer questions on both plumbing and heating options I had researched. Was happy with his installation.

Wonderful service. On time. Very professional. Explained everything. Highly recommend.

Jacob was professional and friendly and provided outstanding service! I would recommend T-Mark based on his great work!

Had tankless water heater installed. The install team arrived on time , answered any questions I had throughout the process and gave the system a final test. They did a great job cleaning up. Overall very professional and personable service. I recommend them highly.

Great service! Had a tank that was toast. The salesman came on a Thursday and the installers came on Friday. They did a great job and were quick. Everything is working great. Also, I felt I could ask them a question and get a real answer they were not trying to pull one over on me.

These guys showed up when they were supposed to. Replaced the water heater and did a great job explaining everything. Matt did a great job.

Very friendly and professional. We had a flood in our basement from a storm and they replaced our water heater within 2 days. Super friendly.

Guys did a great job on hot water tank installation. I appreciate the prompt service and quality of work. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent installation!

These folks are EXCELLENT! Very responsive and very knowledgeable. I have worked with few companies where their teams and personnel were as professional.

These guys are great. I had the good fortune of having Brennan over to do our work. Solid company and highly recommended.
