Mark my technician was excellent. Diagnosed the problem within five minutes. They were out there the same day I made the appointment kept in contact the entire time. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Mark was a very polite, happy person and arrived within 10 minutes of his phone call. Dave was awesome! He was on time and did a wonderful job. I was fully prepared to hear I needed a new tank but he was able to reset a sensor and fix it! 🙌🏽 very nice and helpful and explained it to me as he was fixing it, would recommend to anyone!

From start to finish, all staff did a fabulous job scheduling, diagnosing, estimating and installation of new hot water tank. I have several more plumbing projects to be worked on and will be contacting T Mark for the jobs!

Pleased the repair was as easy as it was, I'm not a plumber, but the charge seemed a tad high for what was done. Perhaps the Service Charge should have been waived as long as part and installation was performed. Otherwise, the guys were on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks, Randall Burley

When Keith arrived he was really pleasant and kinda calming. After looking at the situation he offered options to band-aid it or fix long term and gave me the cons on the band-aid. Also explained how this happened and ways to prevent future issues. T-mark will definitely get our future business from our hot water heater to a few other upgrades we want.

Stepped in water at 4:30 Thursday, had a new Bradford White hot water tank by lunch the next day. Can’t beat that for service.

Great service, installation was quick and clean!

Our old tank split and was leaking. Brian came with the new tank on the truck, drained the old one, wrestled it up out of the basement, and neatly connected the new tank. All within one hour. The Buffalo Bills discussion was an added benefit!

My hot water heater began to leak today, I called T-Mark Plumbing and Brian came to my house to evaluate my situation. He recommended I change the hot water tank as soon as possible, then he gave me numerous options and showed me changes to the installation they will make…. They are coming tomorrow to replace the tank….. more to come

From the time of the visits of the cost estimators (Justin, Anthony) to the completion of the work (Brian, Josh) everything with this project went well. The workmanship quality was excellent and completed when and in the amount of time promised.

Highly recommended. I got three estimates for furnace, A/C, and hot water tank installation. T-Mark fell right in the middle. Justin was my estimator. He was responsive, professional, and worked with me to keep costs down. Kevin did the installation and was fantastic. No b.s. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great service! Had a tank that was toast. The salesman came on a Thursday and the installers came on Friday. They did a great job and were quick. Everything is working great. Also, I felt I could ask them a question and get a real answer they were not trying to pull one over on me.
