We couldn't be happier with the service and work provided by T-Rock. We discovered roof issues during the sale of our home, we were in a time crunch, and we needed a company that would work with us in spite of us not buying a whole new roof from them. T-Rock was quick to respond, evaluate our roof and an…
Just completed a fantastic experience with Travis Culpepper from T-Rock Roofing. They inspected my roof, helped me get it approved by my insurance (when I failed to get it approved myself), did a great job on the roof with some upgrades and even got me all new gutters when insurance initially did not. They came…
I had T-Rock come out and install soffit vents and roof vents and they did a tremendous job. Travis came out and assessed the situation, listened to me as I explained what I wanted, and gave me an estimate that did what I wanted and was very reasonable. Very happy with the work.
The best and most honest roofer I have dealt with. Travis does not try to sell something you don’t need. He spent quite a while explaining what my roof needed to last longer. His workers installed 10 vents in about 2 hours, did a quality job and left no mess. I have already recommended TRock Roofing to a friend.
Outstanding Service, Unbeatable Warranties, and Above-and-Beyond Quality! I needed two attic exhaust fans installed on my garage. After getting quotes from a few fan installation guys, I just wasn’t confident in their roofing and sealing skills, so I switched gears and started reaching out to professional roofers.…
As both a Realtor and the Treasurer of a homeowners association, I evaluate contractors through two very different lenses: the quality of their workmanship and the quality of their business practices. T-Rock Roofing excels in both. Over the past 90 days alone, I have referred approximately seven clients to T-Rock…
We've had the opportunity to work with Joe and the team at TRock Roofing on several projects for our real estate clients, and they consistently do an outstanding job. Joe is quick to respond, provides thorough roof condition reports and replacement estimates, and is always professional, knowledgeable, and easy to…
Look no further for a reputable roofer. One of the few with lifetime workmanship warranty and genuine care for veterans in our community. I’ve never seen such hustle and care for the client experience. Brandon helped me assess and juggle the adjuster, and the process. He took the time to make my 81 yr old dad feel…
Chase was my husband favorite to work with, he did ALL the things! The easiest process of husband’s life. Unlike being married to me!
T Rock is the only roofer I will use. Since 2012 I have had to replace my roof three times. I used T Rock the last two times and will use them again for all my roofing needs. They provide excellent service. They kept me informed during the entire process and Travis was always available to respond to my questions…
One of the most pleasant repair experiences I have ever had. BRANDON and DAWSON respectfully listened to my concerns and kindly addressed issues as they found them. The whole crew was NICE and KIND. I didn't worry once and got a VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. Will invite them back in a minute if I need them! From a…
Brandon and Dawson are my go to roofers!!!!! I choose them to come all the way to Texarkana to check/inspect my roof, answer my construction questions, and they have been doing my Christmas lights for 4 years now!!!! The most reliable and trustworthy guys out there! We compare every service we have on our home to…
Joe with T Rock did a great job when we needed a vent added for a client. Very professional and great communication.
Both Brandon and Dawson were very helpful, patient and professional helping me to understand the process. I had plenty of questions and our exchanges are what finalized the decision to select T-Rock to work with on my roof replacement. I had interviewed numerous contractors
Great experience with fast and thorough work. Replaced the roof in a day and great clean up job!
Alex was extremely knowledgeable and professional, very prompt with responses and meetings and his crew did a fabulous job repairing the siding and gable vent repair, it was better than I thought possible. The crew was also very professional, very attentive to every detail of the repair.. Will definitely use T Rock…
Bruce is a great guy—honest, reliable, and very easy to communicate with. He was always available to answer questions and kept me informed every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, followed through on his promises, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone in the…
Brandon with T Rock was fantastic and walked us through the process from start to finish. He inspected our roof, gave us a great rundown of our issues and what to expect going forward with the insurance adjusters as well as his part of the process. He ensured that we were part of all communication with insurance and…
I had to have my roof replaced for the 2nd time in 5 years due to major hail damage from 2021 and 2022, and was referred to T Rock Roofing from my solar panel company. I was extremely pleased with their high level of customer care, professionalism, and thoroughness with my roof replacement in late April 2022. My…
William Amm is the best and I completely trust him with my clients when they have a roof problem. As an insurance agent it makes my job a lot easier when I have someone who operates with integrity and I know will treat them with the same respect as we do! I would highly recommend him to anyone who has been…
