Customers praise the store's extensive inventory of landscaping, irrigation, and hardscape materials, noting that knowledgeable staff provide prompt assistance and reasonable pricing without the delays typical of large box retailers. Recurring themes highlight personalized service, such as remembering regulars' names, and the availability of delivery options. However, some reviewers report inconsistent experiences with specific counter staff who appear unhelpful, and one complaint describes an aggressive interaction with a forklift operator during material loading.

The forklift operator—if you ask him to be careful with your truck while loading or unloading materials, he gets angry and tells you to do it yourself.
Buena atención, y bien surtidos en partes.
Awesome employees had exactly what we needed.
Great Customer service and decent inventory.
The only place to buy gardening construction supplies. If you are looking for stone, edging, sod, fertilizer, tools, etc., you have come to the right place. No waiting around for someone to call and waste valuable time, like in a big box store. Someone is right there to help you within seconds.
they have it all! more than not you will find what you are looking for. hope you get the good counter staff becouse one of them is frustrating to deal with... you have to repeat yourself over and over it feels like. luckily knowing that I have a better chance of leaving with what I was loking for makes it easier.
We really enjoyed our experience with Tacoma Winsupply. They had a good selection of pavers and different types of stones at very reasonable prices. Plus they deliver for an added fee. The company President personally helped us look for the right selection for our need and taught us a few things. He was extremely nice and took a great deal of his time talking with us. The stones we purchased turned out great for our lawn and we couldn't be more happy with this purchase. We will certainly shop here again.
They got what I need
Specialist for pond and landscaping supplies Not a huge box store you need to walk a mile to buy 1 item.
The first thing I noticed about when supply is the people . they all remember your name and make it a point to remember your name. I have an off the wall name . you would think it'd be easy to remember. but it's not. but they remembered it every time they see me they know who I am . that is rare in these days! service is prompt and on point! my hats off to you all that w supply!
