We're a small, family-owned company that has recently undergone a ton of growth and we simply just outgrew our dated systems. Since signing on with TagleRock, they've really helped overhaul our entire network, get us set up with appropriate hardware, and resolve IT issues as they arise in a timely manner. Had a tech come out to our office, spent two hours fiddling on our computers to tell us the issue was with spectrum and billed us. Never fixed our issue but billed us for his time to finally figure out something they can’t do.
