Customers frequently cite prompt scheduling, clear communication, and reasonable pricing for services including leak repairs, shingle replacements, and full roof installations. Positive feedback highlights professional conduct and follow-up, while the owner actively responds to the majority of reviews. However, a few low-star reports indicate instances of missed appointments, unresponsive phone calls, and dissatisfaction with flat roof repair quality.

Erick + Diane came out and fix my leaking roof. They used a quality product to do the job and so far so good. They were also fair with the price and did a little extra to make me happy. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future. Barry A.

Cathy, Thank you for your review. Tampa Roof Repair is happy to hear your were pleased with your results.
This company rocks! I noticed some shingles came off my New Tampa house that we just replaced a few weeks ago. I was really shocked that the initial work was in vain. On a Saturday morning, Tampa Roof Repair responded quickly and Diane was communicative. Brandon, the inspector was in touch a couple of hours later and kept me informed. Best of all, and without drama, Brandon inspected the shingles, added fresh singles that I had purchased a fews ago and looked at my entire roof. Brandon took video to show how the shingles were not installed properly before he took over and did the work properly. In today's world, it's good to know a company like Tampa Roof is responsive and willing to tackle even a smaller repair. The experience was hassle free and the cost was very reasonable. I wish more companies operated like Tampa Roof Repair.
Geoff, this is such a great review and thank you so much for leaving it! we really do strive to be as professional as possible to leave our customers with positive experience but unfortunately it’s few and far between when someone actually takes the time to write a review publicly and let others know about their positive experience. So, it is a huge compliment to me when somebody does. 😃
Had a leak in the chimney; they responded immediately, they came over as promised, and solved the leak problem.
