We have been with Tapper Security for over a decade. They are great to work with and always ready to assist. Everyone is friendly and Nick is such a blessing to have come to the house to service our system.
On August 20th 2026 at 12:31 a.m., a lightning strike set off the alarms in our house. The power surge was so strong that it jammed the board.The next morning Tapper security sent their tech Perry to our house for a service call. Perry is courteous, professional and was able to fix everything in a very short time. He continuously explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He answered all of our questions, and we were very pleased with his service. Thank you Tapper, we will definitely recommend you to our friends.
I can't say better things about Tapper Security and their service technician, Nick! I called Tapper about an aged and malfunctioning sensor. Nick came out right away and diagnosed the issue. Not only was he timely, but he was very pleasant and competent. The repair was completed in two short visits since a part needed to be ordered. Everything was repaired to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Tapper for your security needs. If possible, ask for Nick to make the service call. I am certain you will not be disappointed.

So let me tell you about this terrible company I called around thought they had the best deal ( boy was a mistaken ) Paid cash for all my equipment then I signed on the dotted line . Not at one time did anybody ever say this was a three-year contract and you will be responsible for the full term so after a year realizing I didn’t use their service at all I decided well that’s a bill I didn’t need. Spoke to them on the phone several times they just told me they would sue me and send me to collections so I contacted an attorney. The attorney Informedme that the collection agency Was a bogus company and if they contact you again, report them to the Attorney General of the state So here we are six months later somehow they were able to Get it attached to my credit bureau. So now the fight begins I will keep you all informed of the progress and if there is anyone else experiencing the same situation and would like to start a class action suit against this company. I would be more than happy. To take care of all financial responsibilities to get the attorneys that we need to close this company down
Sorry to read review, but the truth is you have been disrespectful and ugly to my employees trying to do their job and that is trying to collect legitimate agreement with you, So the collection company can deal with you now
Called this morning and they had a Technician out today for my issue. Nick, the technician, was very friendly and polite.
