Probably the best pork burrito I have ever had in Lansing. Served with plenty of great tasting sauces. I am really looking forward to eating at this truck again. They had plenty of tables to sit and eat. I felt the serving size was a good value for the price.

Cant go wrong with anything you get!! Its always amazing!! Barria tacos, enchiladas, and the quesadilla are repeat orders for us - the barbacoa and carnitas are particular favorites. The mild salsa is so yummy you could drink it, and they dont mess around when it comes to their hot salsa. Side of chips are a must…

I am upset at myself for always driving by but never trying. Finally got a chance to try their food, and by far some of the best tacos I have had. Definitely in the top 3. I was very impressed with the portion of the tacos, and felt like I got my money worth!

I saw their food on social media. When I saw that it was in Lansing and what they were cooking in the video I took off. Had been looking for that type of Taco since I saw a video of people in California making those type of tacos.
You know how you can find yourself a food truck and you're not 100% sure how the food is going to be but the smell that's coming out is amazing? Or sometimes, you're looking for a food truck that is authentic and not to Americanized and you're not sure which one you're going to get? Well, you've come to the right place! The food here is the most amazing I have found in town at a restaurant or a food truck. The portions are ridiculous and usually caused me to be able to make a dinner and at least one lunch out of my overstuffed styrofoam takeaway box. The horchata is to die for in the cup is so big that the cup holder in my car groans and anticipation of the fact that it is going to have to secure this monster beverage as I quickly drive home and consume my order with vigor. Whenever I tell my stuff I'm getting them lunch from the food truck, I have to make sure the folks at the window know because the salsa is so good at least one of my staff members takes the little plastic ramekins like shots and this liquid of the gods disappears very quickly.
If you are contemplating whether or not you should stop at Taquero Mucho, there is no question. There is no other option. There is no bad day. There is no better meal in town. Just be sure you have a little bit of time to sit and wait for your order because they make everything fresh, to order, right then, but the wait is so very much well worth it that you will have forgotten the time you spent in the parking lot after your first bite.
