**BUYER BEWARE – Tattoo Vagabond** In 2025, I booked a tattoo with Sharlaina. I'll spare you the lengthy details and get straight to the part that should matter to anyone considering doing business here. Sharlaina failed to follow through on the commitments she made. But here's where it gets really good. Against my better judgment, I advanced her money after hearing a sob story about her kids and Christmas. Apparently, I confused booking a tattoo appointment with becoming someone's personal bank. **Fast-forward nearly a YEAR, and I'm STILL waiting for the balance of MY money to be refunded.** Funny how quickly someone can accept your money, NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE , but how painfully difficult it becomes to return it when they owe you. And let's be perfectly clear: **It IS about the money.** MY money. Money I earned, willingly advanced, and have every right to expect back. I didn't sign up to be a lender, a charity, or an unwilling investor in Tattoo Vagabond. So here's my review: I can't tell you how the tattoo turned out, but I can certainly tell you how the financial transaction went. **Zero stars for accountability. Five stars for teaching me never to mistake someone's sob story for a payment plan.** **BUYER BEWARE.**

Good customer service
I came into this shop for flash sale with preset stencils. I choose a simple lizard with heart eyes, after it was done, and I was still in the chair, I told my Artist Jes that the eyes were not right and she told me to “schudule a touch up” which is ridiculous since I was still in the chair and it was clearly not what I wanted or what the stenciled the SHOPs offered looked like. I then had to speak who was running the event and both him and Jes seemed annoyed and were passive aggressive but agreed to fix it by making the eyes the same size at least but still nothing like the stencil. Would not go back and would recommend others to avoid the flash sales as they have people who are tattooing less than a year doing these and missing details and lines.

I have gone here for 10+ tattoos now. They are always professional and respectful. A few of my tattoos are on my chest and people will ask to come look at the apprentice's work prior to just coming up. Very clean, very friendly, great vibes.
Great work and vibes! Cool tea shop with cute sitting area off to the side!!
