Google reviewers rate Tax House Miami 4.7 out of 5 based on 346 reviews, highlighting clear communication, professional guidance, and the ability to simplify complex tax processes for both personal and business filings. Many clients emphasize long-term retention and the staff's patience in explaining tax laws and navigating IRS interactions. However, low-star reviews frequently cite high pricing, significant annual fee increases, and instances of poor responsiveness or errors that resulted in penalties, leading some customers to switch to do-it-yourself software.

Gus and the THM Team are exceptional! Extremely helpful and great communication. I have been going here since 2022 and will not go anywhere else.
Decided to engage The Tax House of Miami this year to get my own tax house in order, and I’m glad I did. The entire experience has been relaxing and enjoyable—despite how stressful the subject matter can normally be at times—and I particularly appreciate the excellent customer service from Jose and Camille. Highly recommended!
First time using a tax professional and Camille was a life saver! Very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the way. Wish I would have used her services sooner. Will def use in the future.
The software and the staff made my filing easy and painless. I’m old school and I was able to navigate their application and website easily.
