TaxGuru Financial & Public Services

I’m so grateful for the experience I had getting my taxes done! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress free. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me and make sure my return was done correctly. And let me just say… she DID HER THANG! 😂🙌🏽 I was extremely happy with my refund and honestly impressed with how thoroughly everything was handled. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with something as important as your taxes, but I definitely feel confident knowing I’m in good hands. I appreciate the time, effort, and care that went into preparing my return. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend her! I’ll definitely be using her services again. ❤️

Love her and absolutely love her services! Been with her for 6 years now and will continue on 💙

I haven't been a loyal customer of Tax guru since 2019 yesterday in 2026 handled my Tax remotely this year person and I am so glad spoke with Quennie an absolute pleasure even more exceptional. Her customer service, hospitality, and the way she goes the extra mile for her customers and let’s not mention the knowledge she provides is unmatched 10/10..I genuinely enjoyed spending time with her completing my taxes. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my taxes.

More often than not when I speak to staff, to not include Queenie, they are stumbling over their words, using a lot of “ums” a lot of pauses and that does not give me confidence. I called today to ask some questions and was met with “ums” and pauses so I asked to have Queenie call me and the person I was speaking to sharply said ok and rudely hung up on me. I don’t expect perfection, people are learning and gaining their grounding but I don’t expect to met with rudeness. That exchange will have me going elsewhere moving forward. And now since she has called me back I will change that 3 star to a 1. Queenie called back and was not pleased about her review, she started cutting me off and talking over me. Lying and saying that I was rude to, in her words “Alicia”, the calls are in deed recorded. In those calls you can also hear her cursing last year while on the phone, I looked past that. You can hear her child on many on the calls, I looked past that as well. But please don’t tell me that I’m being disrespectful when I wasn’t, I want someone to talk to me with confidence and even if they can’t that’s ok, I give grace which is why I asked to speak to someone else. But being rude is where I draw the line
