Outstanding service, beyond expectations! We used TaxiDi four times in two days for trips to hospital, and back, while on a hectic and changing schedule. They were extremely flexible, and accommodating. The first pleasant surprise was that we were picked up in an immaculately clean, new BMW SUV which worked great for our situation. Then, there was Arthur, dressed professionally, and immaculately in black, wearing a tie. I hesitate to call Arthur our "driver," because after all his help over a perod of two days, he became more of a friend. He drove us every time, and was both professional and friendly. He was on time every time, and didn't mind to wait at the hospital for a few minutes. I can't say enough good things about our experience with TaxiDi, and Arthur. I have already recommended them to friends, and will certainly use their service in the future.

Taxidi is an absolute lifesaver in Yosemite, where reliable transportation can be incredibly hard to find, especially if you don’t have a car. Having an app to arrange rides is such a cool and convenient idea for the area. Our driver, Arthur, was fantastic. He was great to deal with before the booking and throughout the drive, with excellent communication and genuinely helpful service. He made getting around so much easier and helped us a lot during our time in Yosemite. I would highly recommend both Taxidi and Arthur to anyone visiting the area!
Outstanding airport transportation service! The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous for both my ride to and from the airport. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the entire experience stress-free. Communication was excellent, and I never had to worry about timing or logistics. Arthur was on time, friendly, professional, and insisted on loading all our luggage. Definitely a customer service focused company…..he went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. Vehicle was spotless and comfortable….what a great service. Will be using this service over Uber or Lyft for sure!

MUST READ! Ava, when you called us we informed you that we can have a driver pick you up in 15 minutes and you told us that was OK. Driver arrived and reached out to you, you answered and told driver you just got out of the SHOWER and needed 5 minutes to get ready. Driver waited over 10 minutes and tried to call you but you DID NOT answer your phone. Driver had to leave because we had other scheduled rides to get to. You called us back and driver was already 5 minutes away from your location and on the way to go get our next client, and driver informed you that he waited over 10 minutes and called you but no answer so he had to leave to go get the other client. You got upset and told the driver you will find a different company. The driver was not rude and was explaining the situation. The very first time you and your friend used our service you informed us that you were very happy with our service and prices as UBER was a lot more expensive. If 15 minutes wasn't going to be enough time for you to be ready you could have simply scheduled this ride for a later time. We arrived, waited over 10 minutes, you didn't answer our call so this was not our fault. Have a great day.
Our experience with Taxidi Fresno was top notch! We needed transportation to the airport at 3am and Arthur was on time and very professional. Pricing is great and I highly recommend. The app is easy to use and convenient. We were so impressed by the service that we scheduled our pickup with Taxidi Fresno upon our return.
