We've been a client of Patrick's for several years, and have found him to be highly professional and organized. His electronic file sharing policies are strict for a very simple reason....security. Yes, his practice is busy, and there can be a wait for new clients to be accepted, but it is well worth the wait!

Patrick was nothing but condescending to me. I waited a year to finally speak with him and get things rolling and it was a waste of time. He even forgot that we had spoken on the phone and started onboarding which was a red flag. When I confronted him about his bad attitude and forgetfulness he lashed out at me. Don’t waste your time here unless you like people that think very highly of themselves…. He will deny and deflect as is his personality lol

This was a potential new client that I was screening as I am accepting only limited types of new clients in my "off season". Halfway through the screening process my instructions were to drop off W-2's, 1099's, copy of prior tax return, etc. for review and after several weeks I found PDFs of these documents emailed to me which is not safe and against my company policy to protect taxpayer information. I decided this was not a good fit for my firm.

I've used Patrick for several years now and couldn't be happier w/ my decision to have gone w/ TaxPlus Financial. Pleasant, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, fast and always accessible. In the past I've used others for help in my business and personal - and hands down, Patrick is the best in the biz.
