I am super pleased with this office! I was able to get my cat in for a same day visit for a suspected UTI. She was taken very well care of by an attentive and caring staff. Her labs and information were shared with me very simply and easily, was prescribed the medication she needed and able to pick it up in office.…
Personnel very kind to my dog and her person also. Very willing to obtain papers necessary for pups activitities , to answer questions and explain health needs as she is aging
I appreciated how thorough Dr. Bays was with the exam of my cat. Also, I appreciated her assistant. They both seemed to care for my cat.
They were so kind and caring with my little Remi! When I called the next morning about her pain from the shots, they made sure to give her something to help her feel better. These were her first shots, and she is a tiny Yorkie!
