Google reviewers rate TaylorMade Decorative Concrete and Epoxy 4.8 out of 5 based on 103 reviews, with the owner responding to 66 percent. Positive feedback highlights punctuality, professional communication, reasonable pricing, and high-quality finishes for garage floors, patios, and commercial spaces using epoxy and polished concrete. However, several low-star reviews describe a pattern of unfulfilled warranty obligations, where coating failures or discoloration occurred and the contractor failed to return for scheduled repairs or did not resolve complaints.

These guys Rock! Called for an estimate and he hired to be at the WaWa right down the road and said “I’ll be there in ten minutes if that’s ok”. Got a price, scheduled it. They showed up did a great job and the garage floor looks awesome!
Quick and efficient. The final product is fabulous. I would use them again.
Paid 2000$ up front to put me on the schedule. Gave me a date a week later but never heard from him. He got back to me a few days later with one excuse after another. I wanted outside concrete resurfacing but I felt he was just interested in inside work. He never refunded my 2000k because he said since I canceled the job it was the fee to restock the materials he had already ordered! Avoid dealing with him.
Not cool we worked handover fist to make this lady happy. She wanted a custom overlay, which require a deposit we ground the floor patched. We’re ready to go. One of my main installers has cancer so we were gonna reschedule and I told the lady we could refund whatever the difference was between grinding and resurfacing the concrete and the cost of the material that we’ve ordered Custom for her. I’ve got screenshots where we left on good terms and her specifically telling me that she wasn’t gonna try and throw me under the bus and yet here we are.
These guys take their time and installed some polished concrete and epoxy flooring for us at our house and at the factory I work at!
Mason is prompt, accountable, and delivers a great product. Night and day difference between our previous epoxy contractors. Happy to have used him on our project!
Thanks you for your kind words and you were a pleasure to work for!
Right on time. Excellent job. Recommend anyone.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We appreciate you and you and your wife were a class act providing food for us on the job site
Garage floors and front porch look great.
Good customer service and I like the Kentucky blue colors. Mason Taylor is a good guy and I have the neighbor three people is good. Take care for the mason.
Did a great job , love it
Mason just completed my garage and patio a couple of weeks ago. I am very pleased with the work that he and his team did. His quote was reasonable and in line with the other companies that I interviewed. So I could have gone with a couple of other companies. But I chose Mason because of all the color choices he had and because he was so easy to work with. They showed up on time and even helped me move a couple of cabinets out of the garage that I could not move myself. I have received several compliments from friends who tell me how much the epoxy coating improved the looks of the garage and patio. So, yes I would recommend Taylor Made DCE if you need work done.
