Quinton did an amazing job, my carpet looks so much better upstairs and it smells great! He also cleaned my couch and it wasn’t much extra. He was quick and professional, highly recommend!
Well there communication is not good. They did not show up the day of the appointment and tried to blame me for not giving all the info. So why did they send me a confirmation email saying it was accepted and was asked if the next Monday would work? Instead of saying we apologize our fault how can we make this right? They tried to say it was me ! I ran a business for 45 years you do not treat a customer like this. If I could give them less than 1 star if I could
Well they lost our appointment so we are off to abad start after I had filled out my information on line and communicated back and fourth. Not happy I hope the job they do will be better than their communication We have rescheduled hopefully after a call they will show up, I will review again after wards

By that time, our schedule for the day was already full, and we had to offer a different appointment time. We understand how frustrating this was, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. Could not be happier with TCK Carpet Cleaning. Quentin provided updates to his arrival window and wasted no time tackling our home once he arrived. His estimate was extremely fair for the quality of work he provided... Highly recommend this company!
Very professional, reasonably priced. Communication was fantastic. They were even able to come earlier which worked so well for us. Carpets look AMAZING afterwards and smell great. Very pleasant experience! Quentin was great. He was nice, informative, worked great and efficiently making it such a pleasant and easy experience.
Such a great experience! Came out THE NEXT DAY to clean our carpets and couch and they look so much better! Very professional and on time! I won’t go anywhere else for my carpet cleaning needs!
Very efficient. Our carpet has never been cleaner! I will definitely have TCK Carpet Cleaning come back. If I could give more stars I would.
I had to change my appointment time at the last minute due to a snow delay and TCK was able to accommodate it. Quentin arrived on time and was so friendly and knowledgeable. He even cleaned (complimentary) an area I did not ask him to include because it was in really bad shape. The value for the money is unbeatable!

It was extremely easy to order the services I wanted online, pay for it, and schedule the appointment. The service technician they sent out was David. He was extremely professional and thorough. He did an excellent job. I will use them in the future, and have already them to my mother.
