Todd was quick, thorough, pleasant and professional! We just had a replacement light at this time, but will be contacting him for future work in our home.
Professional, knowledgeable, efficient service. Pricing is very reasonable, clean up after is well done. Impossible for me to give a higher recommendation. You can trust this organization.
TD Electrical Services is a quality, reputable company. Todd, the owner checked all issues meticulously for troubleshooting. Dustin is terrific with fixing each issue. Great attitudes—they value their customers. I highly recommend TD Electrical Services.
Todd and Justin did an amazing job connecting electric to our exterior garage. He was super thorough throughout the work explaining all the steps and keeping us informed. I’d highly recommend him.
I had Todd Davis he was very professional and helpful and didn't mind me asking questions of what was going on😊
Todd installed track lighting and a new doorbell to be compatible with my Ring doorbell camera. He did an excellent job, and even patched the hole from the old doorbell. I highly recommend him for any electrical work needed. Very satisfied.
We scheduled a GFCI RECEPTACLE INSTALLATION with Todd between 8-9am. Todd arrived at 8:04. He let us know his ETA before arriving, and he let us know when he arrived. Todd did a great job communicating and arrived prepared (not just with tools to work but with SHOE COVERS ☺️ which I learned are the standard for all employees to carry). He was respectful when entering our home and considerate of his volume when speaking, since everyone wasn't awake yet. Todd got to work ASAP! He explained things as he went, including us in the process of installation, considered our wants, and was willing to explain his recommendations so that we had full understanding. He was only here for an hour and got the entire job done within that time! No procrastinating, no drawn out work, just straight to business, while also managing to keep us in the loop as he worked! I will add that I believe it helps to have the work area decluttered, so be sure to move extra items that would slow the work process down before Todd or his team arrives. He didn't ask this of us, however, we saw the benefit of it and I would highly recommend you do the same. Todd did efficient and effective work. After working with Todd, We definitely feel more informed about our home and how it's wired (literally 😂). After the job was done, Todd answered other questions that we had and was generous in sharing professional recommendations. When we need additional electrical work in our home, we know who to call! TODD AT TD ELECTRIC! 👏💯 Job well done Todd! ☺️
Just moved into new neighborhood and was looking for a new electrician. Found TD Electrical and was impressed with their reviews so scheduled a consultation. Todd got back to us in a very timely manner and pricing was great. Todd and Dustin have been at the house now several times for multiple jobs and do a very thorough job. If you’re looking for an electrician, we highly recommend this business.
We recently had TD Electric install several new outlets in our home, and the entire experience was excellent. From start to finish, the communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, and everything was completed professionally and efficiently. Todd and Dustin were outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The quality of their work was excellent, and they left everything clean when they finished. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician with great customer service, I highly recommend TD Electric. We’ll definitely use them again for future projects.
