As we explained at the time, the Walmart listing contained an unintended pricing error that did not accurately reflect the quantity shown. Rather than canceling the order without explanation, we contacted you directly to explain the issue and discuss available options. Due to the significant pricing discrepancy, we were unable to fulfill the order as originally displayed. However, we offered to ship the item corresponding to the price paid. You elected to cancel the order instead, and we processed the cancellation accordingly. We understand your frustration and regret the error.
